Haven't played long enough to give it a 5 star and I also am not a hardcore soccer player so I cannot give it 5 stars. Fantastic game, I really enjoy playing. Great graphics and great in-play music. I really like the Spanish mode for broadcasting. Much more exciting than the English mode. There are some glitches in the game, such as the game objective sometimes staying on screen and blocking your ability to have a clear view of the field. However, that seems to occur when you do not select an objective. Else it is a great game if you can get it on a sale.

If you read the official description of FIFA 23 on their website it says “FIFA 23 Legacy Edition will feature the same Gameplay features and modes from FIFA 22 Legacy Edition without any new development or significant enhancements.” This is also the same description on FIFA 22 about FIFA 21, and so on from FIFA 19 forward. So FIFA 23 is literally the same as FIFA 18 except with updated rosters and kits. Not worth the money if you have any fifa on switch from the last 4 years. Would give zero stars if I could for them tricking people like this.
Pros: This was a gift for my son, who is very happy with it. Seems it includes women’s football, some new features which he enjoys, and is naturally the most up to date version. From a brief glance during the World Cup, I was impressed at the quality of the computer graphics.Cons: As ever, the price if these things seems extortionate to those of us who are not passionate about the game itself. But 5gats common with football these days and I am sure my son will get hours of pleasure from it.
Having had every single FIFA game I already knew what to expect.Buzzwords, new gimmicks but pretty much FIFA 22 with a few additions. This year it's hyper motion and additional animations.The new animations on the field are good and it's slightly better graphically but underlying issues still remain. The AI is terrible - if playing offline the computer pretty much plays the same each game and sometimes passing and shooting feels like pot luck.FIFA over recent years has always focussed on Ultimate Team as it's no different hear.Unfortunately with no other viable football game in the market little progress has been made.That being said there's plenty of game modes to get your moneys worth although at time the menu's can be overcomplicated.
I have been playing this new Fifa for a few days and I love it. it is by far the most realistic with improved game mechanics. More specifically, shooting has become harder i.e. through players not being able to strike the ball as cleanly every time you press shoot. Additionally, new features like the power shot are cool as well as the new camera angles. As of now ultimate team is quite fun with a reduced amount of players who aren't incredibly overrated. Brings back the feel of fifa 16.
The tweaks to FIFA 23’s gameplay make for a more deliberate, physical representation of the beautiful game – and while it won’t be to the taste of sweats who are used to five-star skilling their way up the ranks in Division Rivals, personally we appreciate the commitment to authenticity. As an overall package, this is a strong end to an impressive 30-year run, but an overemphasis on microtransactions and some cumbersome UI decisions underline everything that’s been frustrating about this franchise for the past decade or so. Make no mistake, with crossplay and a wealth of things to do, this is the best shape the series has been in – but we hope EA Sports FC, unshackled from the overbearing eyes of governing body FIFA, brings a little bit more to the field.
I have played fifa every year since 1995, I've been there through the great times (FIFA99) to the godawful times (FIFA07 xbox 360....really?) And I have to say this years is a triumph. Gone are the overly paced players, gone is the poor defending and gone is the ability to beat anyone purely by using trick sticks. This year's game is pure football, you can't win unless you know how to play the sport properly, which will upset so many of the more recent players that just want to be PSG and win every game. The game is slower, more realistic, so much more satisfying and more importantly opens up progression for players like me who want the game to replicate the real sport. The only sad thing is that this will be the last fifa. What a way to end the era though
1-star to the games itself. Nothing against Bestbuy.AI teammate is nonsense. My dog plays better than it. Every prob club game is scripted. EA already decides what the final score will be before it starts. It manipulates the game so hard that I pity myself for even playing it. Will never touches EA FIFA series ever again. Don’t waste your money on a single pile of garbage.
