I love my Dishdraw and it fits perfectly with my new kitchen. The bonus with a Dishdraw is you can have store your potato’s in the draw underneath. You also put it on daily so no smelly dishwasher. It is very quiet and easy to use with simple controls that you don’t a have to look up what the controls mean. A bit expensive but I think worth the money. Wouldn’t have anything else.

I bought this nearly a month ago after our old F&P dual drawer gave up after 10 years. Decided to go the single drawer as only ever used on of the dual ones and we loved the ease and design. The purchase and freight side of things was a breeze with Appliances Online however when we got the dishwasher and installed - first cycle water flooded all over the kitchen. Rang F&P warranty and luckily there is someone local who can look at (we live remote WA). Has been with them a few weeks now and still waiting for it as they needed to send off for parts from F&P - a faulty solenoid apparently. I know things can go wrong but brand new and never used. Very disappointed. Really looking forward to having a working one though. :(

Excellent customer service, easy ordering and fast delivery to our freight forwarder - very impressive!! Excellent product and am extremely happy with purchase although we have bought this dishwasher before, it was a replacement. The upgraded model is amazing and we would totally recommend as well as recommending Appliances Online. Service and pricing is excellent!

We had no say in the DW chosen for our Glenbrae duplex Villa, and I would never have chosen it if I’d had a choice. If you stack anything but plates on the bottom you can’t use the racks above to place cups or glasses. I am used to a full size Bosch that cost no more than the F&P Dishdrawer at Harvey Norman’s deal price and it runs circles around this thing.
I haven't owned a dishwasher for over 20 years, and then it was the original style and I hated using it so didn't. After visiting my Mum and using her dishdrawer I had to have one. Luckily our kitchen was installed with space to put one. It is so simple to install and use. So quiet too. We still hand wash the frying pan and light plastics if we use them. But for two people it is perfect. Everything comes out sparkling clean. Easy to reach with no bending for poor old backs. The only downside is that the quick wash doesn't dry off the tops of mugs. I haven't tried longer cycles yet to see if they do.
I had to replace my old single F&P DishDrawer which finally stopped working after approx 13 years. It had been a great workhorse, very reliable, and rarely had a hiccup or needed service. This replacement has not lived up to our expectations. The set-up of the dishwasher has changed - for the worse, so it isn't possible to fit anywhere near as much inside. If I put plastic lids on the cup racks, they fall off down the sides and into the wash arm, in the bottom of the dishwasher, and cause the entire wash to fail. The smallest things seem to deem the wash useless. Dishes can't even be close to each-other, let alone touching. And if one bowl isn't perfectly placed, it stops the water from reaching half of the machine. We purchased this for my elderly parents who had just moved into a Retirement Village. Their villa and kitchen is quite compact, so this dishwasher was just the right size. Not only that, but they really love it. It has the additional benefit that they no longer have to bend all the way down to the floor to fill and empty the dishwasher. Very happy!

I can't load any plastic containers or lids into it, no matter how carefully they are placed, as they just get washed into the bottom of the drawer and stop the wash arm from spinning. You can't have anything touching in the load, or it simply won't come out clean. I can only load about half the the total of dishes into the drawer that I used to load into my older version of the dishdrawer - it has been re-designed poorly and nothing sits well. It can'st take large dinner plates as they are too tall. The adjustable bowl rack doesn't stay firmly where you want it, and just closes the spines together. Very underwhelmed and may be requesting a refund soon.
Washes well on the Eco cycle. Very quiet. Easy to install in place of old dishwasher. Only criticism would be that it's a bit of a juggle learning how to fit things in, but for the extra space this has given me in my small kitchen it's absolutely worth it - and I'm getting better at it :-)
