The vertical extension of the mask left a bruise on my forehead. I am unable to use the mask.

Service was good, but mask is difficult to wear with a mustache. Registers as a “good seal” but moves around and folds on itself.

False advertising

Why does every picture show it with the head gear when it does not come with headgear?

Great mask and headgear

Very comfortable mask. The diffuser clip works great to prevent whistling. The silicone is not to stiff or flexible and is comfortable to wear. It doesn't leave marks around my nose like some other masks do, and it also doesn't dig or cut in at any of the edges like some others do as well. The head gear fits well and is comfortable, but it will mark up your face like any if you rest directly on it. I use those velco pads and wrap them around the head straps, but not on the face straps and that seems to prevent any marks with giving the most comfort.

Mask straps are much stiffer

Mask straps are much stiffer and harder to adjust. The strap adjustment for top of the head is very hard to adjust and plastic piece that touches the skin has very sharp protrusions. I'm female so have to make sure my hair is bunched enough to keep them from touching my scalp. May be a problem for folks who are bald.

Parts were fine, order process needs work.

Took way too long to arrive. I ordered on a Monday morning over the phone because the website said it wouldn't let me order unless I had a prescription. The order didn't begin processing until Wednesday of that week and didn't show up until a week later. Also, the last time I ordered my supplies they came in a cardboard box. This time they came in a padded envelope, which could have been disasterous as the tank or other items could have been damaged in shipping. It was too flimsy. Took too long to get the order out and for shipping time.

Perfect fit

Tried to get this mask several places and never seemed to be right. This one was a perfect fit and was her immediately. Great service.

Terrible customer service

I tried to return a headgear for a month, which turned into 2.I was told, unlike amazon and others, 30 days or no return.Ok, but you don't have the support that says that, nor a portal to allow an easy return, and the phone was worse.When I finally resorted to the phone, i got a marketing pitch. When I said I wasn't interested I was dropped.I don't have hours to mess with a return, and you don't have my future business.
