Terrible product and terrible service from Fisher and Paykel. So many things wrong with this brand new oven, and yet unable to show the technician the issues unless I am actually cooking something. I am now waiting for a replacement from F&P. The oven takes a really long time to reach proper temperature. You can't use the grill function if you have used the fan force oven option beforehand (the elements just don't light up), you can't use more than one tray to cook food at a time in the fan force option (although the instructions state that is the ideal option to use for multi tray baking).

Once again AOL delivered with price and speedy delivery to central Qld. This oven is amazing. It was installed 3 weeks ago and cooks perfectly - even pizzas! No need to ring out for take away again. Easy to use timer switch and with retractable shelves. Great product and would recommend to anyone. I have bought many appliances from AOL over the last 10 years and cannot fault them - I don't shop anywhere else for price and fabulous customer service.

Dial control and ease of movement between cooking modes somehow makes operation so much easier - one feels totally in control of the cooking! Slide shelf is so handy. Cooking is quick and thorough and the outcome is just so tasty!

The features I like best about this product are the speed at which it heats up, the functions are easy to use and the whole unit is very stylish. I didn't think I'd make much use of the slide-out shelf, but I find it very handy. Compared to my old oven, this one is a breeze.
Bought 6 months ago. Wished I bought a oven at half the price then it would allow me to justify why I had a cheap oven that is slow to heat up and has very poor display that you need a torch to see settings at night even with all the lights on at night. My recomendations are to spend an xtra $400 for next model as this is the poorest performing oven I have ever experienced.
So far I have been very impressed with my new oven. Having had to use my nose to tell if something is cooked with previous ovens, this oven is exact in it's temperature and cooking time is spot on as a result. I was a little overwhelmed with the choice of cooking options available but I've given almost all of them a go over the last few weeks and not a single fail! Even my teenagers and husband have taken to the new oven with no problem. I am yet to use the pyrolytic function, but they do suggest not to leave it until it's too built up. Lots of online advice from F&P as well as from the manual included.
Needed to replace my 10 year old electrolux 60 cm oven. We purchased the fisher & paykel I've had it for 2 weeks, so we haven't used all the features. The oven is easy to use. The only downside is that it's slightly smaller than my old electrolux. I do recommend this oven
This is so disappointing. I feel that I have a complete replica of my old oven that I replaced. The oven takes ages to reach the desired temp. It doesn't like it when you switch between cooking options, the grill won't work if the oven has been used before hand and is still hot. I have only had this for 2 weeks and having to get a "repair" technician is just not ok.
Purchased two f and p ovens months before kitchen was being built, was told buy delivery guys to leave packaged up as box's were undamaged and if there was any problem would be replaced. When unboxed oven was badly crushed and warped. Could only have been packed up like this or packaging would have been ruined. Beware absolutely worst experience ever!
The writing and markings around the dials are not visible in poor light. They need to be more reflective or luminous. The top of the oven door has no cover, allowing spillage to drip down the inside of the door, streaking the glass panels. This is difficult to clean because the gaps between the various layers comprising the door are small.
