Had the fridge for close to 1 month. No regrets in purchasing this and its been fantastic. The ice maker and slim water dispenser is a game changer. We looked at 4 door options and I'm glad I stuck with this as it is much more ergonomic having all your fridge higher up. I prefer the Ice maker in the freezer compartment as it allows more room in the fridge and the doors are not as heavy or wide as other 4 door models. I'd recommend this fridge, hopefully it lasts long and doesn't give us any issues but so far so good.

I like the fridge. It's a great size and seems well made. I love that it makes ice, has double doors and has enough space to meet the needs of our family of five. Nice to see that F&P have made their doors magnetic these days too, so we can stick magnets on them again :) After 3 weeks of use, we've found a few minor issues: 1. Even though the fridge is installed so that the doors start closing when left open, the design of the fridge is such that they need to be pushed all the way closed. I wish the doors would close themselves. 2. The containers in the fridge are half the width of the fridge, but they sit on drawers that are the whole width of the fridge. The fridge is great with the slim water spout and doesn’t take up any room at all in the door! The French doors are so nice to have when placing wider items in you fridge. The ice maker is wonderful and stays up to pair with the amount of ice made. The way the freezer opens is sensible with no trouble! We had a problem with the water still leaking and contacted the company and they sent out someone to fix it with no questions. The man was very nice and knowledgeable for more than we needed fix!

This is my 2nd fridge of this model. Shame Fisher & Paykel did not improve the layout - the vegetable, fruit and the two smaller drawers, should be independent (half width of fridge) so you don't have to open both french doors to use. This latest model did not include the wine/bottle rack which I luckily took out of the old fridge and it fits. Why remove this very important storage part? They only now provide 4 flat bottle stands which are a bit useless. The water dispenser is dripping more than normal which results in water trickling down the fridge. Have had the technician out but nothing done to fix it and this never happened with previous fridge. The drip tray fills up very quickly without even using the water dispenser?? Bought when my Samsung became too pricey to repair. This is nice and compact, sleek look. Bought it for the water and ice and love that too. Water dispenser is flush on the door and easy to use. The ice is dropped into a small container in the freezer and is super easy to access. Inside shelves and storage is simple and effective. Not too many clunky parts to move and clean. Overall very happy with this product and highly recommend.
Easy to use settings buttons. Good value for money. Switched from ice on the outside of door in old fridge to this new one with ice in freezer in a large container and we love it. Makes ice quick and love the ice boost option for speedy ice for parties. Sturdy inside and happy with door shelves vege drawer sizes. First time for freezer drawer down bottom and it’s easier to find things than I expected. Very happy and highly recommend it! Thank you.
The fridge was delivered about a week ago, it has been great. It's really quiet except when ice cubes drop into the tray or the water refills and even then it's not very loud. It keeps everything cold and the freezer works well. I like the beeping when the door is left open and the bottle chiller alarm works well. We installed the filter and water line ourselves because we already had the plumbing in place, it was a fairly easy process but it is recommended that you use a plumber. All in all a good fridge, we're happy we got the ones with the handles as it minimises fingerprints on the doors.
Have had two Fisher & Paykel fridge for many years. First time having a French door fridge but required for space new kitchen. Having some issues with water filter leaking into my new kitchen cupboard. Have found that others with this model also have this problem. Also the left door not seeming to close properly and having to check that it is firmly pushed to ensure adequate seal otherwise water condensation in the top of fridge if door has not sealed properly. Hoping to have these problems resolved asap. Delivery was next day when product was in stock.

The old F&P served us many years and was replaced due to wear and tear of the plastics and metal rust. Appliances Online were so easy to purchase from and their delivery and installation service is friendly, efficient and of a high standard. Some have mentioned this fridge is noisy. I have no such complaint as it very quietly hums as it goes about its job. We've the fridge for a month now, and it's annoying me already. You have to open both doors to get to the vegetable/fruit tray, and the jolly water dispenser won't stop dripping until all the water in the tail of the water line has dripped out. It takes many hours before all the water has dripped out of the tail, and it half fills the drip tray. When the drip tray is full, the water drips down the door of the fridge and into the handle of the freezer. This indicates to me that the loop in the water tail line does not go low enough, and I can't access it because it's inside the door. Very frustrating and annoying. This is a shame because the fridge is actually a top quality product that is VERY quiet and blends in perfectly with our decor.
