I bought this fridge sight unseen online. We needed a fridge for our new home. I loved the aesthetic and was looking to having a "high end" appliance to complete the look in our kitchen. I was disappointed when it was delivered. It felt very cheap and flimsy. On top of not being impressed with the quality the ice machine was a joke. It produced 8 ice cubes every 8 hours. The water line also leaked. NFM was great and swapped it for a new one but we had the same issues. NFM was great AGAIN when I was still unsatisfied and helped me find a completely new fridge. We ended up with a Bosch that was $500 cheaper and the quality surpassed all expectations. 1 star for Fisher & Paykel and 5 stars for NFM!

Beautifully designed, counter depth refrigerator that uses inside space to the max! Only complaint: canāt pull out crisper drawer on the right side w/o opening both the right AND left doors. This is not a problem with the left crisper drawer. Love the individual drawers in the freezer section. If youāre organized, you could label the drawers as to their contents. Interior ice maker has a little scoop to help you get the ice out. There are different āspeedsā to make the ice. Exterior water feature is designed to allow you to fill up a glass or pitcher of water. I love the Fisher-Paykel products. Iāve had their cooktop for about 16 years now without ANY issues. Iāve only had the fridge for about a month & am hoping for similar longevity.

Overall very disappointed. The fridge itself is gorgeous but the freezer does not close all the way. The freezer also creates chunks that push it away from the seal when the ice maker is in use, so the ice maker is pretty much useless. Super frustrating to come home to water melted everywhere and everything in my freezer not frozen. Save your money and buy something that works.

I could have gone with a fridge that was on sale to save some money but I chose this. It is very space saving and it looks so classy. For potential buyers, just pay attention to the size since this is on the smaller size. I do like that it is not so deep and it has the accessory for bottles. I like how the ice maker and water outlet are set up, it doesnāt take up so much space.
I love it!! But the water hook up was horrible. They included plastic lines and the attachment at the back of the fridge is NOT designed well. The male attachment valve is sunken in and straight upwards, so u canāt attach and stew on a better water line assembly. And at these prices that should b corrected, and they should include better water line hardware. Unfortunately they probably donāt have any incentive to improve these things because I was not able to find any other competitors that have a product w the same size/dimensions. That being said, so far, Iām really happy w the product. It looks great and is functioning great so far. Iāve only had it for a month. :)
Even though I downsized from 25+ Cu. Ft. capacity to 19 cu. ft. Refrigerator, I do not feel as though it is smaller. I now have my freezer compartments organized and I can see everything very easily. Without an ice maker in the refrigerator, I have more space here too. I do not miss the indoor ice dispenser at all. Only thing that I do not like is the tiny ice scoop that easily stores on the ice bin. You can shovel 4 cubes at a time. I bought a cheap larger scoop for it. I love the sleek lines of the handles and I am considering other products.
I absolutely love the refrigerator and freezer sections of this refrigerator. I find can store more than I could in both sections than I could in my former larger refrigerator. LOVE LOVE LOVE! However, the ice maker is appalling anemic for a fridge in this price range. It is not an exaggeration that it takes 3-4 hours to make 8 puny ice cubes....absolutely ridiculous! Ice cube maker is so bad I feel obligated to knock 2 stars off an otherwise outstanding refrigerator.

We really love our refrigerator! Weāve had it for less than 6 months and there have been no issues. Weāre a family of 4 and we find it has plenty of space for all our food. Itās also VERY quiet! Having the panels installed was a little bit of a pain but once we got someone out here who knew what they were doing, it worked out. Itās such a beautiful elegant touch to our kitchen!

It does not look like other brands, it has a sleek and slim look. The stainless steel is a different quality than it used to be. I simply wipe the fridge with a wet cloth and a little bit of dish detergent and then wipe it again with a dry microfiber cloth. It works perfectly. The manual recommends the cleaning methods as well. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
