My first night my AHI doubled and found that disturbing. I adjusted the starting point which was set to 4 and it appears for whatever reasons I cannot tolerate a staring point of 4 (on this machine only not an issue on my Dream Station Go) so readjusted it to 7 and the last few nights have been great. This unit is very quiet. The only downside it does not provide robust data on the phone app. The Dreamstation data includes readings of 90% pressure, average DPAP pressure minim and max, usage hours etc. This unit gives a meager amount of data which is very disappointing. Specifically mask leak, avg AHI, therapy hours. Too bad. There is a data card but I cannot get the data on my Mac despite numerous attempts. However if you are looking for just a quiet night of sleep then it's very good. If I had a do over probably would go with the dream station because I do like the the Dream Station Go.

The top load water humidifier turned out to be more complicated than expected and ultimately is not a convenience. Combine that with the overall lack of customization makes this device less than desirable. On the plus side it is quiet. But overall do not recommend.

I'm on my third CPAP machine. This one is the Best! Its quiet, easy to wipe down, easy to fill, and nothing breaks off. Hassle free so far.

This is by far the quietest machine Ive ever had. Simple to use and maintain. Programmed prior to shipping it was essentially plugin and use on arrival. I also like the low weight and size. It will be much easier to travel with especially with the travel bag it came with. Using this humidifying machine has allowed me to sleep through the night without developing severe dry mouth. CPAP.com should however identify what Accessories are included with the purchase of the machine. Not really knowing, I purchased extra tubing and filters. Even so I will be using them eventually. I only hope Medicare reimburses me for all this durable medical equipment.
