This tummy time mat was wonderful for my daughter. The colors and design are even cuter and more vibrant in person. my daughter really enjoys all of the hanging features, including the adorable light up otter. That, along with the music, really keeps her attention. A feature that I also really enjoy is the fact that it is washable. I haven't had to wash it yet, but the material seems like it would be strong enough to hold up well after washing. My daughter and I would definitely recommend!

My son loves this play mat. HOWEVER I have an issue. The orange animal that plays music is quite heavy and hard plastic, when you hang it on the loops it sags the whole thing. It was swinging and hanging so low it hit my son in the face while he was playing. Luckily he’s a little trooper and didn’t cry too much but I still felt awful!! I took it off and laid it to the side for the music and lights. He loves the green snail and the black and white rainbow though, he will play and look at them for a long time before getting frustrated or bored.

One design flaw . One of the hanging ring toys is A hard plastic hanging toy that looks like an orange otter or some type of woodland critter. It has a button you press on the tummy and it plays music when you do. Only issue is, it’s hard enough to injure a little baby. My two month old loves this mat but he rolled too quickly towards the hard plastic toy and it smacked him in thr face hardEnough that it made him lose his little baby mind crying! He loves that toy too since he loves it plays music . It should be a soft fabric toy. They could make it like that if they wanted to. Might be more expensive but I’d pay a little more if it meant there were no hard plastic dangly toys in these mats meant for tiny little babies jsut learning how to do things.

This tummy time mat was wonderful for my daughter. The colors and design are even cuter and more vibrant in person. my daughter really enjoys all of the hanging features, including the adorable light up otter. That, along with the music, really keeps her attention. A feature that I also really enjoy is the fact that it is washable. I haven't had to wash it yet, but the material seems like it would be strong enough to hold up well after washing. My daughter and I would definitely recommend!

He will even try to get over to it by himself if I do not put him on the mat.From a parent perspective, I love the stark color differences to help their eyes register. It keeps them entertained well. The toys also provide a nice variety. There is a crinkle rainbow, rattle in the hedgehog, teething toy snail, and an otter that lights up and plays music. There is a good variety of attachment loops to allow toys to be placed at different heights and locations. The only portion that I would improve is the otter. My little guy is loving the high contrast colors. I feel personally like the design on the cushion is a little busy. It’s not like they are able to see the animals. The size is good. It’s comfortable enough to lay on however on our hardwoods I feel more comfortable having him laying on it on top of a rug. Overall it gets the job done. Keeps him swatting at the toys when on his back and cushiony when in his belly. I would like to mention it is nice that the toys hang at different heights so that as they are learning to try and hit things they can start with the lower. And you can move and position them to where it’s still useful. This is your basic activity gym for your little one. This comes with some special features that includes music and lights on one of the toys that is removable so you bring it with you. It is also very easy to take apart and put together and easy to wash. I love the colors and design. It comes with 5 attachable and removable toys for your baby to play with. Overall, I am very happy with this play gym for my little one. However, in comparison I had the fisher price jungle mat for another one of my kids and I liked that one a little more, but that one costs double the price… so you have to weigh what you really want and if it’s worth it to spend another $20-$30 on more features. I believe this basic gym has everything that you need though.

The moment I laid my daughter down on her back on the mat she was so entranced by the black and white cross bar patterns above her head. Next, I turned on the otter toy music and laid her on her belly for tummy time. She kept her head up much longer than normal because she loved looking at the lights on the toy. You could simply bring this in the car if you’re going somewhere for the day.
