Great paper punch!! I used this for baby shower invitations. One thing I was a little disappointed on was the punch does not cut tissue paper. It would take so much time to cut circles by hand, this gadget is such a time saver.

This works well and the comfort grip on the handle does make a big difference when you’re doing a lot of punching. I use these to make sign holes for gift tags or jewelry hangers.I gave four out of five stars though, because sometimes the rubber makes your hands smell funny.

I have used mine when making home made gift cards to decorate Presents. I found it easy to hold and did not need to put a lot of pressure on the handles it would make a nice size hole to thread some colourful thread through so that I could attach the tags to gifts and presents that I had made.

Cuts thicker papers and thinner cards okay

...but not normal-weight printer papers and similar or thinner. It generally leaves a one last little bit attached which has to be torn, leaving a slightly frayed hole and shape.

Disappointed

I have always loved Fiskars scissors and have several pairs. I bought this Fiskars hole punch today, took it out of the packaging, and found that the silver finish is already chipping off on the metal portion. It also feels cheap in the hand, not substantial and well designed like their scissors. The cushioned hand grips are not particularly well secured and feel like they will crack/puncture sooner rather than later at certain pressure points at the end of the handles. I should have been suspicious of how cheap the price was. The whole punch does appear to work just fine, but I've only had it for a few hours. Overall, I'd prefer to pay more and get the well designed, built to last product I expect from the Fiskars name.

You didn’t have the ergonomic version. I do not like the metal one I then purchased. Will probably end up buying another one elsewhere. It makes a difference with the rubber handle when using over and over.

Good quality - stands up to use

I have had a variety of the Fiskars hand shape punches in my K-5 art classroom for over a decade now, and they have stood up to literally hundreds of kids' use. I've lost maybe 3 or 4 of them to hard (or inappropriate) use, and hope to merely supplement my supply. Clean shapes, very popular tool.

Needed small hole punch to use for product labels

My company, Greyhound Cleyhounds, makes greyhound and whippet sculptures. Each one is named and given a born on date on a little pretty label. Then a colored wire is put through a hole in the cardboard label. My normal size hole punch was too big. Using a pin to poke it did not look professional and was too small. This hole puncher is perfect and easy to use. I am really happy with it!

Perfect For My Small Jewelry Business

I use the 1/16" circle hand punch for my handmade jewelry cards. The punch is sturdy, consistent, and make a much better presentation than piercing with the sharp end of my compass lol
