Great for stove top and also in the oven. Easy to clean. Useful size. I would have liked a slightly larger pan, but would struggle to use it (due to weight) as I have arthritis.Good quality.

I love the Fiskars Norden Products. The frying pans and beautiful to look at and use. I hope they will last me the rest of my life. Also great how the handles unscrew to use them in the oven.

A fantastic product. All the positives of cast iron but easy to maintain and clean.
Really lovely piece of cookware, particularly impressive is the even heating of the pan and it really is non-stick. Worth every penny. We use this pan daily.

Absolutely love this pan, and comes perfectly seasoned.
Very pleased with product. Looks beautiful, feels really solid and heavy and is great to use due to cast iron construction and mineral coating (it’s non stick properties are brilliant). Interested to know how long the mineral non stick coating will last. The only downside is that we hang our pans on a rack from the handle end which sadly isn’t possible with this product.
Amazing quality fry pan
Surprisingly nice to use. The temperature is not as evenly distributed as with her sister Norden All-steel, but that can be taken advantage of. The surface is quite rough, so I only use wooden spatulas to steer. Works greay with avocado oil and gives a great, restaurant-quality roast taste.The only downsides are the weight and the heating time, but even these are really good, considering it is a cast iron pan. The price is very competitive at this level of quality. And it's made in Finland!
