Fissler's exclusive Adamant series have a non-stick treatment that never disappoints you. The surface treatment has particles of silicon carbide in it, which gives the pan a smooth surface. You can use kitchen utensils made of metal in this pan. All Adamant pans also have an ergonomic handle that protects you from the heat and a scale on the inside of the pan so that you can quickly measure the desired amount of liquid.
