This pot is a great size for making soups and stews. The design is super clean and sleek, there are lines inside the pot to help measure which is very helpful. The price is a bit on the pricey side but you are paying for high quality cookware that isn’t made in China.
I have a several Fissler profi pots, including the 8" and 9.5" stew pots. They are very solid, nice finish, and the most even-heating pans I've used on induction glass cooktop, and I own some demeyere pans for reference. Bbb has a fair price on these.
The Fissler profi pots are fantastic. They heat up quickly and have volume markings etched into the inside wall, so you can see how many litres are filled. I wanted the biggest pot for cooking soup but not have to wash it by hand and this one just fits into the bottom of the dishwasher (the pot without the lid is about 18cm high). Love it and would highly recommend it.
