Fixodent Original Denture Adhesive Cream - 2 count, 4.8 oz tubes

I had free samples and a normal size tube of Fixodent PROFESSIONAL ultimate adhesive cream to review for free! Oh my word this fixodent is super .....at first when I used it , it took me by surprise as it came out a bit watery and pink !!! The cream is pink? Don’t let this put you off using it . When applying it make sure dentures are clean and dry apply as directed by the instructions and put paste in lines I only need little amounts on either side also a line in middle of dentures ( 3 paste lines in total ) and then put in and gently press on them once in mouth.. I used this at 9 in the morning and it’s now about 3 o’clock in morning and it’s still going strong the grip I had peanut butter and toast for the morning and a sandwich and it still holding . This paste has got also antibacterial/ cooling affect Throughly recommend it.I can definitely eat all my dinners now with out my partial denture falling out and anything crunchy and ice cream without it slipping and when I talk there’s no movement I be buying this from when my fixodent runs out sorry mum but you can keep your other tube paste or go fully fledge like me and go fixodent ..... Zyrtec allowed me to be outside, go to the park and enjoy my day being outside of my home. As one who do not like to take meds I quit taking it when I moved to Ohio, but when I continuted to have upper respiration infections due to draining sinuses I knew it was time to return to Zyrtec, especially now that I have a compromised immune system. I still think Zyrtec is wonderful as it does the job. It makes me drowsy so I take it a couple of hours before bedtime. I sleep better now because I'm not kept awake by chronic draining sinuses. It is the absolute best allery med I have taken, and other than drowsiness I have no side effects. I agree with another reviewer who expressed the FDA is not necessarily concerned about our health. I have taken doses from the bottle purchased through Amazon, and it works just the same as the bottle purchased at Target. Except for count the information on both bottles are the same, and the pills and the bottles look exactly the same. A lot of items purchased in the USA are manufactured in other countries, and medication is no exception. Because there were separate bottles from different manufacturers with different expiration dates (as one reviewer related) does not raise an alarm bell for me. As long as the product does what is expected and causes no harm I am satisfied. Zyrtec works - for me. Other allergy meds gave me heart palpitations, so I'm sticking with Zyrtec. People react differently to medications, so use the one that works best for you. For me, that med is Zyrtec.

Recently needed to begin using an allergy med occasionally per my dermatologist. I wasn't sure which brand but after reading a few online comparisons I chose Zyrtec. The small size is convenient to take each morning I found a great deal at my local CVS using a 40% off coupon. Seems to work quickly without at side effects. I have since purchased the travel packs and added them to my luggage set.

These did a better job than allegra however only on the first day did it work off 1 tablet. i have to use 2 tablets now but I still sneeze every now and then from allergies. This year allergies are crazy and these provided much-needed relief from bleeding, dry nose as well as runny nose (not sure how that works but my allergies kept making my nose runny and then dry) The itch relief stick is alright, its def easy to carry and does its job but I prefer using aloe vera if I get bit at home. If I cant carry aloe vera with me, then this itch relief stick is def handy. Really nice bonus and I dont see why someone would opt to get the version of Zyrtec without this benadryl stick.

Back to Fixodent Complete

I have been using Fixodent Complete for many years. I recently switched to Fixodent Plus with Scope. I DO NOT like the Plus! It holds the denture okay, but it is no better than the Complete. The Plus is difficult to apply to dentures as it comes out in a squiggly line, is difficult to get it into the dentures evenly and therefore squishes out from the inside to stick to the outside of the dentures. I'm faithful to the Fixodent Complete and will continue to remain so!

Best Product for Dentures!

This is the best one out of all the Fixodent products. Even the ones that say maximum strength aren't as good as this one! This one holds all day until bedtime but you do have to rip the dentures from your mouth because thats how good this stuff works. If your looking for something that will give you a solid hold for 24hrs this is it. You just have to make sure your mouth is dry when you put the dentures in your mouth with the Fixadent. I definitely recommend.

Original all the way

My family needs this Fixodent daily uses. I always buy these on iherb.com since this product is very expensive in Korea. Our family especially loves the original one than other flavors. Overall, the size is superb also the quality is excellent. This denture cream lasts long time until the night time according to the family. I would recommend this!

The Product does not live up to its claim of completely sealing the dentures.

After using the original Fixodent, I thought that using Fixodent Complete would completely seal my lower dentures from food particles. Nada, niente, no way. I apply the appropriate application of the Product and let it set for about 1/2 hour before eating breakfast. I then eat my cheerios with tiny blueberries and milk. Inevitably, as I eat, the blueberries enter under my lower dentures. I now have to use up the three boxes of the Fixodent Complete that I purchased before I can order Fixodent Plus unless my Ebay sales person will help me out.

prices are much higher on some products

i like shopping at Wal-Mart but i don't like your prices now. Wal-Mart use to be much lower and i purchase more but now i only get things needed. i search for items online but when i get to the store the price are higher. if i order the item it take to long to get it so i by from Amazon and get it with 2 days compared to a week more from Wal-Mart and the price are cheaper. i know this is maybe the only person that feel this way but that's how i feel.
