My husband is very happy with the Stem Fleece. It is warm but not bulky. Great around the house (we keep our thermostat low in the winter!), outdoors on a chilly day, or layered under a jacket when the temperature really drops. Feels like excellent quality fleece; haven't washed out yet, but I don't expect it to pill.

I've worn this jacket now in Florida's winter and found it to be perfect for almost every day's weather changes. The recent extremely cold weather events low 30's degree event wasn't a fair test, but this jacket also acts as a mid/ base layer also. It this capacity it carried on perfectly.I would recommend USA size selection consider getting one size up to better compare. I normally wear a large and the conversion chart's recommendation would have basically come out as a medium (but I bought a XL so all is good).

Mainly used as a mid-layer to walk the dog.If t have to point something negative, it would the collar "liner"; you need to align it each time or your zipper will get stuck in it. Nothing major and actually nice to have but might be annoying the first few times of uses.

Good looking fleece, could be a little warmer. As others have said, sleeves are made for orangutans. Because fabric is thin, especially in the sleeves, it is extremely difficult to put on if you have a long sleeve shirt under it
Purchased as a gift for my husband and he raves about the fit, warmth , comfort and the quality of the jacket . Jacket arrived on time. I'm 5'9" and a medium fits slightly bigger than I expected. Color was as expected. Very comfortable and well made. Collar is high but helps on cool days. Works great on cold windy days under a windproof shell. Wish it had a draw string in the hem to stop wind and snow from entering.
Great fleece for outdoor working and walking, especially in cold weather. I purchased the XL and I’m 46" chest and it's a bit tight when layering up but well warm enough with just a t-shirt to be fair and no doubt it will loosen up with wear. Looking forward to see how it holds up in the long term.
This fleece is very soft and comfortable. I did size up to avoid the tight arm feel some have mentioned in the comments. I ordered both the large and the XL, and I much prefer the fit of the XL, so I'll be returning the large. It's Fjällraven so the arms are nice and long which I like. My only gripe would be the collar could be a little stiffer, but that's minor compared to the comfort and classy look.
Very comfortable and warm woolen sweater, which can be used as a middle layer when going out and as a coat at ordinary times. This is a good choice. However, the neckline is a little strange when it is not fully zipped.
I'm 6'4" 205lbs & wear a 42L suit jacket & the large fits fine.It may be too thick to wear under a hard shell, but YMMV depends on the size of your jacket.IMO, it's a good purchase for cool fall days / you might be able to wear it on a causal day to the office if you have a collared shirt underneath.
