I've tried many other Fjallraven jackets and couldn't find the right one until this came along. While I wish there was an extra pocket on the inside of the jacket, I love everything else about it! The fabric is substantial without being heavy, love the leather pulls on the zippers and it's cute zipped up or left open. Even though there's no waistline in this jacket, it's still got some shape to it that makes it flattering around the middle. The arms are a little long on me, so I will be rolling up the sleeves a bit, but definitely not a deal-breaker.

I love the fit of this jacket! I’m 5’4” 135lbs and the medium fit perfectly. I’m definitely small chested so I usually don’t have to worry about that area, but I have wide hips. This jacket flares out the perfect amount so I never have to worry about if it will zip. Plus it has some pull cords at the waist so you can adjust how snug it is at the bottom. Just enough room to layer a fleece and a slim puffer, without being too baggy. Haven’t gotten a chance to try out the rain resistance, but I went ahead and ordered some wax as well. Also I love that it’s not a plastic-y material for a rain jacket.

First off I'm an very average size, 5.2' and 130ish lbs. I was worried that this would not fit looking at other reviews but it fits just great. I can put this over a tank top with a wool long sleeve, a wool shirt, and a wool jacket. It's snug by then but that's a lot of layers and feels fine! I use it as a shell and I like it a lot. I waxed mine with a hair dyer and that was super easy. It looks really nice and I like the cut.

My husband got me this jacket a few weeks ago and I love it! It fits very well, is flattering and is a nice light weight jacket. As a woman getting warmer as she ages, its nice to have a light weight jacket this is wind resistant but doesn’t leave me feeling like I’m stuck in a furnace!
This jacket is so flattering and functional. I love it and I get compliments all the time. The zippers are really good quality but the front zipper can get caught in the material sometimes. The cuffs have additional buttons so you can adjust how tight fitting the cuffs feel on your wrist. The zipper pulls up high on the front protecting your neck and chest from cold weather wind. The front pockets are spacious but not bulky and I can also put items on the inside of the jacket because of the way the material is sewn. The waist area narrows slightly which looks great. I've only walked once in light rain. The rain beaded and rolled off the jacket. I bought a size small and I normally wear a size small in all my clothing.
Very happy with the purchaseQuality product. Bought mainly for those chilly summer fall nights and it does the job to keep you warm. If it gets colder you definitely have to layer, Ă love fjallraven products, they are high quality and stylish. I have used this jacket casually not on the trail, i like to take something heavier while hiking, Nevertheless, have gotten lots of compliments on tge jacket, The navy dark blue looks beautiful.
The fit is nice and I do like the color, but that’s where it ends. The zipper is sticky and does not zip up well at all.Water-resistant it states, I bought this for that very reason, this is not war we resistant unless I light mist is what is means. I was caught in a very light sun shower and the jacket was soaked through and uncomfortable. It was a very soggy, uncomfortable walk home. This jacket was a HUGE disappointment.
This jacket fits beautifully, moves comfortably, and is good wind production. Warn outdoors hiking & camping for about three months. In terms of movement and Comfort I totally love the jacket. However, the zipper gets stuck repeatedly even though I’ve learned to use my fingers to keep the heavy fabric away from theZipper teeth. I sometimes need help getting out of the jacket and the zipper is stuck. For that reason alone I would knock off two stars. Otherwise I would’ve given it a five star.
I’m 5’5”, 135 lb, athletic build. Ordered a small. This jacket is perfect on me. It has a tailored fit & is effortlessly elegant. Looks great zipped or open. I ordered the navy. It’s dark, almost black, but I like that with the little leather tabs. It’s very lightweight; not bulky. Is not lined, but that’s ok for me, as I wanted a light topper in wet weather. Exactly what I was looking for.
The zipper does get stuck. It feels like a rain coat, but it is barely water resistant. I took my dog out briefly (like 5 mins) during a medium rain and my shoulders were soaked when I came back in. It’s thick, not packable, and why would you pack it, anyway? It’s not worth much out in the wild. Honestly, it’s actually a pretty weird jacket. I am not sure what purpose it is supposed to serve. I wish I didn’t get it.
