I have been suffering from impaction from late Dec - Mar. The hospital told me to take movicol and coloxyl with senna. I did this religiously but all it did was flush through the newer stomach contents. I used suppository and miralax enema for quick relief but neither resolved the issue. A friend recommended this, I used 3 over 3 nights and I am impact free. Thank you. Absolutely recommended. I am back to normal.
