Flex Liquid Super Glue Bottle

I had a list ready when this arrived. You can fix just about anything with it. I fixed the legs on my wooden barstools, the corner of a picture frame, a piece broke off a glass vase that was easily fixed. My absolute favorite use for this item, gluing down pieces of puzzles that have peeled back. This glue will have a permanent home in my craft room. The best part, a little goes a long way. As the parent of a toddler, I am constantly gluing all sorts of things back together. I’ve used all versions of very-strong-glue, and they’ve always been either too runny OR too gooey. This one was actually surprisingly perfect? I used it to glue a tiny (few millimeters wide) piece of a broken toy together, and it actually bonded very quickly and was the perfect viscosity, neither too runny nor too thick. The one big issue I’ve found is that it took a really long time to get even one drop out of the bottle! Eventually it took squeezing it so hard that the bottle was practically bent in half, which makes me question how much glue is in there in the first place. Once the glue was out though, it worked quickly and precisely.

I read on the directions to shake the bottle well so I did so and the glue began to pour out of the bottle. I used it on several broken items in my house that needed a quick fix. I was gifted this product by influenster. I am completely amazed! I hate using super glue products normally. They are super thin and messy and stinky. Flex superglue is none of that. It has a thicker gel like consistency that allows for precise application. The smell is minimal and the dry time is wicked fast. The cap gits on completely secure abd the bottle is so easy to squeeze to release product! I tried it on a metal to metal application, wood to wood, metal to wood, ceramic and glass and it handled them all! It is a power house in a tiny itty bitty living space. I won't be using any other glur product in the future. It can handle all your glueing needs.

We bought our first Flex seal product about two months ago to make some small repairs after Hurricane Ian. It did the job and we were so impressed with the brand; my dad is a former electrician and contractor, and he highly recommended Flex products to us as high quality sealants. So of course, when I saw that Flex made super glue, I had to try it out too! I used the Flex Super Glue to repair some older Christmas decorations that have seen better holidays. This super glue INSTANTLY bonds; I've used many other brands that require a minute or two of holding the repair together, but this Flex Super Glue did the job immediately. I got the 10g Liquid Brush-on Bottle. I like that feature because you can paint it onto the surface to be connected, especially vertical ones. Other brands, if in a squeeze tube, you never know how much to squeeze before it's all over the place or emptied onto your hands. The brands that come in bottles with caps are not possible to squeeze vertically either. This version with the brush is a genius idea. The liquid itself is very runny. I used it to re-attach the fleur-de-lis wrought iron railing tips that had mysteriously loosened over the years and become removable. I cleaned both the railing and the inside of the piece to be attached. I made sure the contact surfaces fit exactly and the weather outside was an ideal temp and sunny. This product made a great bond in metal to metal adhesion. Next, I tried it at the fracture point of my cement pedestal mailbox which someone had backed up into. Again, I cleaned, dried, and followed the instructions for ideal weather and temp range and timed and applied it generously, after mail delivery to allow undisturbed drying time. I checked it next day, pre mail delivery and just a slight push caused it to tilt, meaning the bond had failed. The positive thing is that the glue dries clear, so I will try it again.

Eliminates the need to stock a different glue for every single type of object in my home. The second thing I appreciate the most about this is it has a precision brush which really makes the repairs so much easier. I wore a disposable glove, as I’ve learned over the years is important anytime you intend to use superglue. With other brands sometimes it was a bit messy trying to get the right amount dispensed and some even expanded on the object which meant that the repair wasn’t made correctly because I don’t own a vise to exert pressure on both sides for 24 hours. I received this product free from Influenster for an honest review. First the bottle was difficult to use. It says to use a drop for a certain amount of space yet getting”a drop” out wasn’t easy. The second thing is that it states items will stick instantly and to be careful not to get it in your skin etc. I used it to glue the laminate on the edge of my countertop that was coming off. It didn’t stick immediately. It did stick but not as quickly as I assumed it would even though I followed directions. Lastly, and probably the most important to me, the smell was very strong and using the product was causing my eyes to burn. I mean using safety glasses for super glue would be a bit over the top. I've been using the Flex Seal Removable Spray on a few places that water has been getting in. Waterproof and stops the rain from coming through.Follow the instructions on the can and you'll soon have a tight seal on the holes or cracks either one.I have used it on the walls ceiling and floor of my outbuilding and now it is weatherproof.The Rubberized Coating Sprays on and is easy to see. The one I used is bright yellow and it will stop flood water easily.I sprayed on and let dry then recoated again for a better coverage.It drys to the touch in a few hours, use on the exterior of your item needing protection since it does have a slight smell and it is recommended for exterior useMake sure your surface is clean and dry, free from oil and dirt.
