I ordered some hats in the the dark grey color and was happy with the color and quality of the product. I decided to order some more of the same hat in a different size. I ordered some LXL, SM, and 2X all in the same color as the first order: Dark Grey. I received my order and for some reason all of the 6 LXL were a dark navy color and didn't match the other hats. I didn't think it was a big deal at all knowing that it was an honest mistake! I called on Monday and they said they would put in a request to inventory to see what happened and give me a call back. I didn't hear back so I called again a few days later and spoke with another person and she said she was put the request in again because they didn't hear back from inventory. I am bald and wear glasses. Therefore, I need hats when I am outside. I have been looking for and good source for these FlexFit caps. I recommend these caps to any agency that wears such baseball style caps. They fit the head better and look crisper on the head. Plus, I have found that embroiderers have less trouble placing emblems on the front. I had some custom embroidered for me to wear at the prison I retired from. I still like to wear the brand, and now I have one in brown.... Show more
