The desk frame is amazing! It took minutes to put together, no issues. The "wood" top, different story. The particle board seems nice but the screw holes really did not line up
right, in the middle cross bar section there where no holes. Drilling or messing with particle board to much causes it to crumble, so that is a little concerning. I think there was
an option for a better top but already spending a high price did not upgrade. In all the frame is amazing, next time either do my own top or get the upgrade.

I also bought the caster wheels so I could move my desk as need be, with a desk this long..be careful I found sometimes shifting weight on desk it feels unstable. At 5'7" 215 I'm solid it made me pause as I used the desk to pull my chair up closer. I really can't go bigger perhaps better in line of other desks the offer. I have 2 monitors laptop table lamp printer and tones of paper. Including keyboard and I have still have writing space. I love my desk for both the professional work space and the health benefits I need to stay healthy and well when I am done working.... Show more

For the level of customization and the variety of options Flexispot really is the best at this price point (SO many hours of research went into choosing them). I like that they had non-rustic wood top options and the motor works great. Desk was easy to install and looks and functions great. I was torn between two sizes, so for reference, i have a 24” monitor and a 16” laptop and it works nicely with the 48” desk and leave room for a utensil cup and a plant and sticky notes. The only downside is the top wobbles between the back and front, but *not* constantly, like when I’m typing or writing on the surface nearest me. It’s more once it is pressed either way it stays there until pressed or lifted the other way. I added my own keyboard tray as I do not like the clamp ... MoreFor the level of customization and the variety of options Flexispot really is the best at this price point (SO many hours of research went into choosing them). There is no wobble or feeling like it is going to fall. I wanted the wood or bamboo top, but needed the less expensive option and went for the chipboard. I was really concerned it would be cheap looking or just cheaply made - it is so nice. I also got the 2 monitor stand from FlexiSpot, but was concerned about it damaging the chipboard desk top - the customer service rep assured me it was fine. It seems solid so far and is holding two 21” monitors. Using this freed up enough space to finally have laptop open and use it as a third monitor instead of it always being closed, tucked under a shelf that previously held the monitors.I opted for the Standard keypad instead of basic and happy that I did. I have 3 positions saved and there’s no concern about it raising up too high and hitting a shelf that is above the desk.I can’t speak to its longevity, it is new. But so far it’s a solid purchase that is long overdue. So happy with it!... Show more

Honestly, I am thrilled. I previously had a desktop riser due to working from a built in kitchen desk. When I got the opportunity to move into a normal home office space, it was about six months before I was ready to upgrade to a real standing desk. Biggest improvement over a riser is you don't lose useable desk space, if anyone is considering this alternative.I got the white E1 desk with 30x48 maple chipboard top and dual monitor arms. It all arrived within a week of ordering. Assembly took maybe an hour by myself (37/f), and would of course have been easier with a helper but was by no means strenuous alone. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is ... MoreHonestly, I am thrilled. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is plenty quiet and fast for my needs. I was worried the chipboard top may be poor quality, but it's very nice for what it is and I feel it will be very durable with day to day use. My old desk (from a local office store) had some cheap design treatment that peeled off like paper when I accidentally dropped a piece of scotch tape on it! So I was worried about going with the cheapest top, but this is definitely much nicer than that and I am not worried at all if a piece of tape touches the surface of the desk. The monitor arms are very nice as well and super easy to install and use. Keep in mind that monitors on arms do still hang over the desktop and use up real estate in that way. I had considered the 24x42 desktop, and for this reason I am really glad I have that extra 6" in each direction with the 30x48.I think I will add on one of the cable organizer trays soon to keep everything looking tidy.Really the only thing I would change is that the basic controls are solid black with very slightly raised up/down arrows. Where my desk sits, I have to lean down and look at them because the lighting doesn't make it visible enough to see which is which. Eventually I'll learn them, but one enhancement would be to make those easier to identify in low lighting/glare situations (maybe one raise dot vs two or something like that). Maybe someday I'll want to upgrade to a bamboo or rubberwood top. But I am very happy with what I got for what I paid and hope to feel that way for a long time to come! I am finally proud of my home office!!... Show more

I'm a corporate buyer and we've been buying Flexispot desks for our office for over 5 years now. I've purchased over 10 of their basic 48" length sit stand desks. I've only had an issue with one when we moved it and tilted the legs and threw the alignment off. We figured out how to reset the legs and it's been working fine since. They're at a good price point and are perfect for low weight usage (we only have 2 mid-size monitors and desk items on it. We also own some of the high end brands and honestly, they do a very similar job. The upper price point has nicer tops, support more weight and have reduced wobble at full height max (critical for very tall people) but if you don't need that then you can feel confident that an EC-1 or EN-1 will be good affordable option ... MoreI'm a corporate buyer and we've been buying Flexispot desks for our office for over 5 years now. Decent standup table
19 September 2023
This review is for 48X30 size, white table top. with white frame.Been using for more than 3 months.Pros:1. Not too many number parts to connect, install is manageable. Though I would suggest 2 person job as its quite heavy without tabletop. With table top it is pretty heavy for single person to flip the entire table upside down once the legs are installed on the bottom facing side of table top which requires to place table top face down during installation.2. Good looking, average installation time, table for WFH. Not as sturdy as usual office standup tables, but for the price of $180, it is acceptable.Cons:1. Each part should be labelled with same abbreviations as in instruction manual.2. Each part should be labelled with same abbreviations as in instruction manual.2. Install step 2: One of the critical punch out hole for crossbeam was not cut out/knocked out, I could not get it knocked out even with good amount of hammering. I had to finish my assembly without one screw not screwed in.3. Install step 5: No holes pre-drilled in the center for attaching crossbeam to the table top, even though there are 2 notches at the center of crossbeam expecting to hold screws reaching into tabletop. I had to drill through table top inserting through these notches to stabilize table top connecting to crossbeam at the center.4. Install step 5: Position of pre-drilled holes for keypad is totally wrong, that will set the up/down buttons way inside the table top without convenient access. I had to drill holes to install keypad.5. Baffles covering the transmission rod actually come in contact with chunky hex bolt of transmission rod. This causes friction and noise when operating transmission rod for up/down movement. I had to wedge baffles forcibly to not make contact with transmission rod's chunky hex bolt.6. 3 different hex sizes are used in assembly, should reduce to only one or max 2 different hex sizes, this adds complexity and necessity of different sizes of hex keys.7. I have not raised the table to max height yet, but with 2 monitors and a laptop you can sense you can sway table sideways as well as front %26 backwards., though more on sideways.... Show more

this is an EXTREMELY well made desk. It is rock solid and easy to assemble and to top it off, the packing of the parts are incredible! I was as impressed with the packaging as of the item. WELL DONE!When it arrived, i was expecting the part to be damaged since the boxes were so heavy and there was minor box damage on the corners. But the packing was SO well done with presumption this would occur, the packaging planned for this and was a masterpiece of quality. Yes, I'm raving about the packing, but with this much thought on that aspect, the product follows suit.I got the 30" deep model, and am enjoying the extra space. (definitely a good decision)... Very solid construction, a couple complaints
13 June 2023
Overall I really like this desk. It's very solid and well constructed and the up/down electronic features work smoothly. It was relatively easy to assemble, though definitely needs two people, and a bit of careful studying of the directions. The faux wood surface it relatively attractive too, nice and smooth. The main thing I don't like about it is that the edging on the desk is a bit too sharp. When I rest my arms on the desk while I'm typing I literally get gouge marks after a few minutes. I have to put something soft under them to avoid this. If they'd rounded the edges I bit, this could've been avoided. And, I think part of the problem is that the desk doesn't go any lower so that affects the angle of my arms. For shorter people (I'm 5/5") I think this would be ... MoreOverall I really like this desk. It's very solid and well constructed and the up/down electronic features work smoothly.
