The desk feels solid and sturdy, even when at the highest setting. The assembly was pretty straightforward for 1 person, but will need the occasional second pair of hands, as the frame is pretty heavy. The holes for the frames are predrilled in the desktop, but as mentioned by other reviewers, there are no predrilled holes for the controller and for the cable tray. But this is not a problem; there is no need to drill these yourself, as the screws are 'sharp' enough to bite into the wooden desktop when applying a bit of pressure (do this with the desk lying upside down on the desktop). The controls are easy and quiet enough. The cable tray is worth investing in because it can hold an extension lead to plug in your monitor, laptop and all, as well as plugging in the desk itself. So all your cables and plugs are hidden away. The only cable you'll see is the extension lead from your wall socket to your cable tray. And that can be in the colour of your choosing. That would actually be my only real criticism: for a desk with white legs, I would really have preferred a white power cable rather than black. All in all very satisfied. And the bamboo desktop is beautiful.... Show more

Honestly, I am thrilled. I previously had a desktop riser due to working from a built in kitchen desk. When I got the opportunity to move into a normal home office space, it was about six months before I was ready to upgrade to a real standing desk. Biggest improvement over a riser is you don't lose useable desk space, if anyone is considering this alternative.I got the white E1 desk with 30x48 maple chipboard top and dual monitor arms. It all arrived within a week of ordering. Assembly took maybe an hour by myself (37/f), and would of course have been easier with a helper but was by no means strenuous alone. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is ... MoreHonestly, I am thrilled. The instructions were better than most build-at-home furniture I have bought in the past, with complete sentences and clear labeling. The desk itself is plenty quiet and fast for my needs. I was worried the chipboard top may be poor quality, but it's very nice for what it is and I feel it will be very durable with day to day use. My old desk (from a local office store) had some cheap design treatment that peeled off like paper when I accidentally dropped a piece of scotch tape on it! So I was worried about going with the cheapest top, but this is definitely much nicer than that and I am not worried at all if a piece of tape touches the surface of the desk. The monitor arms are very nice as well and super easy to install and use. Keep in mind that monitors on arms do still hang over the desktop and use up real estate in that way. I had considered the 24x42 desktop, and for this reason I am really glad I have that extra 6" in each direction with the 30x48.I think I will add on one of the cable organizer trays soon to keep everything looking tidy.Really the only thing I would change is that the basic controls are solid black with very slightly raised up/down arrows. Where my desk sits, I have to lean down and look at them because the lighting doesn't make it visible enough to see which is which. Eventually I'll learn them, but one enhancement would be to make those easier to identify in low lighting/glare situations (maybe one raise dot vs two or something like that). Maybe someday I'll want to upgrade to a bamboo or rubberwood top. But I am very happy with what I got for what I paid and hope to feel that way for a long time to come! I am finally proud of my home office!!... Show more

Affordable Standing Desk
No regrets on my purchase! Absolutely glad I cam across a Flexispot desk. The name is rather intriguing, but more than delighted on the outcome. I purchased the E2 which is one of the more basic desks, but it does the job just like the other more expensive ones. The motor is quick and responsive and love that it can go really low or as high. I’m 5 ft and the height upwards surpasses me which is great for tall people. It was easy to assemble and love the fact that there is a video to show you how to assemble and is very streamlined. Love the warranty it comes with and definitely 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Quality and price are factored into this purchase. If I could suggest, it would be nice if a cord organizer came with these purchases.... Show more

Best value for the money
Compared to other online options this seems to be the best value for the money. The solid top is the biggest difference between an entry level desk and a midrange desk. This is a hard to find size of 50x28. It easily fits a full size keyboard, ergonomic mouse, office phone, VDI, beverages, notepads etc.2 drawbacks I've experience so far is that it is a little wobbly when using at standing height. I am 5 10, so your experience may vary. Another is that the coating on the top is prone to be easily water damaged. So definitely be smart and use a large desk pad and coasters.... Show more

E2 Pro is an excellent desk - Fully Recommended
I purchased the E2 Pro for my partner as one of her Christmas gifts this year (December 2023) which she really likes. After much searching on the Internet and reading various reviews and comparing the quality etc, I decided on the E2 Pro in white. The desk itself is of high quality, true to size, solid one piece desktop and a quiet motor. It took about 1 hour to put together but we'll worth it. If to point out one small thing she thought wasn't clear in the instructions was the cable management tray as no pre-drilled holes or gave no indication as to where one should place it and how! Looks like you choose the place yourself and drill the holes yourself.Overall, great desk and I will be ordering another one myself in the near future albeit a larger version. Many ... Essential Standing Desk (E2 Pro)
From the decision to purchase to receiving my desk a great experience. Saw this desk in a sewing video and did some research to see if I really wanted to purchase it for my needs. I could not be happier with my decision to go with Flexispot. I received my desk earlier than anticipated (yay!!). Had no problem with construction of the desk, no problem with directions, no parts missing and no damage. I shared my experience with a friend and she ordered one too. For any out there considering this as a sewing table I would say go for it! After 45 years of sewing on tables that were never quite the height I needed to be completely comfortable I am delighted I found this table.... Show more

Great desk poor support
For the desk... very goodBut the fact that there was no assembly manual, that I had to figure it out myself, that it was very difficult to know where the front or back of the desk was, that for the drawer, I would have liked the advice of attaching it to the desk before putting the desk back on its legs, that there was nothing to tell me where to make the holes for the drawer... made this a very unpleasant experience for me, who's used to this kind of thing. So I called your customer service department. The person I spoke to had such a thick accent that I had trouble understanding her. (Is this an overseas service?) She told me she'd e-mail me the pdf document for assembling the desk, which I received several hours later... too late. When you plan a full morning to ... When you plan a full morning to assemble the desk, you need the manual when you open the box. It would be so nice to put these documents on your website.Seriously! No assembly manual is very disappointing!PS... the little stickers to hold the wires attached to the desk peel off after an hour... poor quality.Plus the fact that you have offices in Montreal but none of the communications can be done in French is disappointing.... OMG, OMG, OMG.....This thing is GREAT!
I reluctantly purchased a 72x30 as the centerpiece of my Hobby Station. I say Reluctantly because I was not sure that a desk that moves would be suitable for working on models and miniatures but the thought of a desk that i can take notes on the table top was just too tempting to resist (yes, i got the whiteboard top and use it for check lists, parts lists or quick place to jot down formula's of paint i need to keep track of).I mount body parts and heads and very small pieces on corks and tooth-pic's for painting and sculpting purposes and they can tumble like a Weeble-wobble which can damage any progress made on the build process. Oh BOY WAS I WRONG! Your motor is so smooth that body parts and buildings neither Weeble nor do they Wobble. The Foot Pedal controller ... Quality!
After seeing how nice my husband's Natural coloured bamboo standing desk was I had to have one. I ordered the dark bamboo top though. The corners on the dark bamboo model are rounded corners as opposed to the natural bamboo which has square corners. I comes with a control panel with 4 memory positions which is great, one for standing, one for sitting and I used one for a good height clear the arms of my chair for when the desk is not in use. I haven't found a use for the 4th one yet. The colour is like a medium dark chocolate but you still see the grain of the wood ( you see the wood grain much more on the light colour though). Overall the motor is pretty quiet, and smooth and the desk is very sturdy. No complaints whatsoever - would definitely recommend!... Show more

Slightly unclear instruction / make sure to have a drill ready
Got the desk with the Memorial Day sale and it was a great deal for a standing desk with memory function and cable organizer. My desk didn’t come chipped or damaged, which was something I was super concerned about prior to receiving my products.I wish they did better job with instructions. I didn’t anticipate to having to use a drill, so I had to go and buy it in the middle of building my desk. There are some things that aren’t properly labeled what they are meant for like 2 extra black things that I realized might be used when I drilled new holes for installing a cable organizer. I just drilled without having to be able to use those black things. I also got confused which direction I should be placing a batter holder and put it wrong way for the first time, which ... I also got confused which direction I should be placing a batter holder and put it wrong way for the first time, which led me to unscrew everything in one side of the table to lift up the table bottom. There are four tiny cable organizers with a double sided tape that came in my package. They are clear color, so super aesthetic and come in super handy to organize my cables.Overall, very stylish design. It made my room look so much cleaner and sophisticated! When the desk is higher, it’s wobbly. However, I won’t be using it that high, so I can tolerate. I’m hoping that the desk will live long!... Show more
