We switched our Pug puppies to this, after another brand wasnt agreeing with them. The difference was amazing, before our girl would never finish a bowl, but now she loves her food. Theyre a nice size kibble, big enough for pups to crunch and easy to throw around for them to find. Even our 9 year old Cocker spaniel loves them, and shes on the senior version. Their poos are firmer too, which is always a good sign. Thank you Burns

Just returned to buying Flora after boycotting it for the last three years because of the palm oil. Now it’s no better than cheap margarine. Was using it for cake baking but this new rubbish ruined all my cake baking even the seagulls won’t eat it. Going back to the replacement I was using.. Sorry Flora you’ve shot yourselves in the foot with this change yet again.

They’ve changed the recipe and it’s now very hard and doesn’t taste as good. I loved it and my whole household used it as it was a great alternative with me being lactose intolerant. I can no longer eat it as I am allergic to coconut and they’ve now put coconut fat into it. This was our family favourite so I’m really disappointed.

This used to be an absolutely lovely spread. Even my butter loving family switched to this as it was so delicious. This new product is awful. It is hard and therefore does not spread when taken out of the fridge and the taste is dreadful. A search has now begun for a replacement produce for our family.
Read the reviews Flora and see the Customers you are losing! We have bought this Flora Vegan spread for many months for the excellent taste …texture… and it spreads straight from fridge!!But was very concerned to see the supermarkets were bringing in a new Flora vegan spread with a new recipe without Palm oil.We brought a small tub of the new recipe spread to try, but this was disappointing and horrible in taste…texture and does not spread from the fridge!! the Palm oil had been replaced with Coconut oil!!Why not use sustainable Palm oil instead of Coconut oil…We have a few tubs of our favorite Flora vegan spread in the freezer, but once gone we shall have to find another brand of Vegan spread as we will NEVER buy the new recipe Flora Vegan spread ... MoreRead the reviews Flora and see the Customers you are losing! We have bought this Flora Vegan spread for many months for the excellent taste …texture… and it spreads straight from fridge!!But was very concerned to see the supermarkets were bringing in a new Flora vegan spread with a new recipe without Palm oil.We brought a small tub of the new recipe spread to try, but this was disappointing and horrible in taste…texture and does not spread from the fridge!! the Palm oil had been replaced with Coconut oil!!Why not use sustainable Palm oil instead of Coconut oil…We have a few tubs of our favorite Flora vegan spread in the freezer, but once gone we shall have to find another brand of Vegan spread as we will NEVER buy the new recipe Flora Vegan spread again!Read and listen to what your customers want!
What more could you want?We are vegan to help combat climate change and also knowing that vegan food is healthier, as we are retired doctors, being vegan is a no-brainer. This spread works well with baking and as a spread on bread. We find it tastes good. When on offer, it is also excellent value. Why are there bad reviews?? Defeats me.
We used to really enjoy this product, but the formula has changed. Only a miserly 1% sunflower oil now, the rest is palm oil. Considering most of the product is water anyway, this isn't very generous. We can't argue with the description on the tub, Lighter it certainly is. Only 450g now instead of the 500g it used to be. Same size tub, though. It seems to have gone up in price way more than inflation too. Sorry, we won't be buying it again.
Purchased this for the first time because of the low fat content not as I was looking for a vegan option. The colour was quite yellow and soft so a little goes a long way and the tub lasts 3 days longer than my usual of the same size which was good. It didn't have a lot of taste but by no means unpleasant. Probably wouldn't rush to buy it again unless it was on offer but would but again if it was. This is another spread that bounces around in price. Purchased at ÂŁ1.25 and a day or two later was hiked to ÂŁ2.25 for same size. One star removed for constant price changes across asda's pricing of products.
I thinkFlora original isn’t quite “original” I’ve used it for baking over many years and discovered that what used to be 500g is now 450g. So half a pot for a sponge recipe isn’t enough! Have I imagined the decrease? I also found that the blend of other oils/ fats no way produces the quality bakes that I had with the original sunflower blend. I have tried other makes which seem superior & rival the current “Flora original”
it is ok and I buy it SOLELY because it is low calorie. NOT because it is vegan. Sick and tired of vegans naming, shaming, posting everywhere, wanting to control what other people can and cannot eat. I do not like vegan products as they are full of weird igredients.and do not taste good. this serves a purpose as a decent low calorie spread. but it does go off / starts tasting weird about 3 weeks after opening. there is no indication on the packaging of how long you can keep using this after opening. i will keep using it as long as the taste is neutral and they keep the calories down.
