This is hands down the best clamp meter out there for HVACR.
By far the best meter ive ever had the pleasure of using, highly recommend this meter to anyone serious about troubleshooting, all my coworkers have asked about it and are very interested in the incredible capabilities of it and makes checking for voltage and current issues a "snap" just as simple as closing the jaws across each phase
My previous Fluke clamp meter (378l was stolen. I needed a replacement for my job as a generator technician. Some of the expense of this U it is the high quality Fluke leads (extra long with this meter). I caught this clamp meter on a special buy and am very happy with it. It helped me to complete a diagnostic regarding frequency issues for a customer. The capacity of the display to show information on a dual screen really helped. I noted a power quality issue in a separate instance and was able to check phase rotation. I recommend this clamp meter.

The Fluke 378FC clamp meter is built industrial tough, with molded rubber overbody, and controls. The carrying case that houses the meter and attachments is really top notch quality also, with hard shell that unzips in half. The meter is held in place by bungee straps. In addition to the many amazing features, the new Fluke Sense feature allows, voltage, current, and Hz readings without using the standard probes... just the clamp. Which is great for any service tech in the field. And the cherry on top, is the ability of the 378FC to Bluetooth connect to any smartphone using the Fluke Connect app, which is free to use. Additional features like phase rotation and being able to view/add measurements remotely on your smart phone display.
