I recently bought this as an entry level home gym. I am very happy with the unit does every thing I need. The cable component gives me so much variety in my work out now.I highly recommend it.I would advise buying weight plates with handles as it makes the swapping of weight easier.

This was a great purchasing experience.Firstly customer service was excellent, the team couldn’t have made this easier and the delivery to regional QLD was simple and efficient.The equipment itself was simple to put together solo, instructions are clear and detailed and parts are cut to precision so no bashing bits and pieces into shape like other brands.Functionality is excellent, the pulley systems is smooth and significantly enhances my workout. Materials are strong and durable and give great confidence in working out solo.Overall an excellent purchase and one I’m looking forward to continuing to use.

I’ve had the G1 for a few months now and I love it. As a squat rack it does the job fine. The cable system is great too, very smooth and you can load a decent amount of weight onto it. Good for seated cable rows especially. I’m just over 6ft and the rack still feels roomy and I can hang from it well for pull-ups.Took me about 4 hours to assemble.

Previously had a Force USA Smith Machine/Power Rack w Cable Crossover attachment for the last ten years and had downsize due to moving house.Pro:- Compact size and lots of exercises available- the MultiGrip Chin bar is great- Weight storage is sufficient- Olympic Barbell Storage (would like two Olympic instead of a standard bar storage)- Can add other attachment - I put the Dip attachment on, has a bit of play/wobble when using but still works.- Storage for the cable bars (EZ curl & straight bar) at the back.Con:- The J-Hooks & Front Safeties are a little loose fitting and have a hard plastic guard which gets eroded by the Barbell grip grooves. Contacts the frame easily.
The Force USA G1 was the perfect purchase for my in home gym, it fits comfortably in the space and is easily put together with 1 person. It had a couple of small cosmetic imperfections but they are only visible if you are looking for them. Can’t be happier with my purchase and love using my G1
I am very pleased with my new purchase, from the initial buying experience, right through to delivery, set up and use.Installation of this product was very straightforward thanks to the great instructions, with parts packaged and cross referenced to each step.From first use, the quality of this product was obvious. The pulleys are very smooth with the versatility and range of exercises on offer, impressive.I have been using this for about two weeks now and I can definitely say, I now no longer need to go to the gym to get a full work-out. The only negative I would mention is the absence of a dip bar feature. Even so, I would not hesitate to recommend.

There are too many good things to say about the rack and the service G&F provide, I don't know where to start with this review.1. The customer support if F*****G amazing, super fast responses to my questions and very helpful. They go out of their own way, and there are no company like them that would do the same during the COVID-19 situation.2. The cost for this rack is too good. Usually for a Power rack with 2 cable machines cost around 2k+, but this goes for 1.5k with PLENTY of extra attachments3. The delivery time on this thing, it arrived muchhh earlier than expected and I'm super happy for that, especially during COVID when the shipping takes too long.The only bad thing that came with this was just a few dents on some attachments but not too big of a ... Love this kit. Have used it most days for a few weeks now. Compact enough to fit in a corner of the lounge room, but big enough to have room to stretch out. Very versatile. Good quality. Stable. Moving parts all feel smooth. Good range of standard accessories. During the manufacture process, 1 nut was welded in a bit off-center and was difficult to screw up. Staff at Gym and Fitness were quick to offer help.
