Ordered this on Thursday night/Friday morning (middle of the night, can't remember which one) and it got to me the next Monday, super quick turnaround time considering it came from QLD and I'm in Sydney. The rack itself is far better than any rack I've ever owned or even worked out on. The rack is only 75kg so relatively light but once you stack some plates on the horns it doesn't move at all. I am 176cm and can do a hanging pullup without adjusting my feet too much and can confirm it will let you drop a 120kg barbell right on the safety rails with no ill effects.

Need a starter home gym power rack? Look no further. This rack offers incredible value for the cost and will do the job for all your home weightlifting needs. Instructions are pretty confusing to read, however given that it's a pretty simplistic cage it's pretty easy to figure out how to do it yourself. If you have 2 or more people, you can easily set this up under an hour. I did it myself a took couple of hours to setup. Only complaint is that the instructions for the lat pulldown attachment is incredibly confusing and offers no help. I'd recommend watching some YouTube videos on the upper MyRack model lat pulldown attachment to see how to vaguely put it together.

Very happy with this purchase. Ticked all the boxes for what i need in a power rack. Strong, durable, sturdy and fits perfectly in my garage. Only complaint would be that there are no detailed written instructions for the construction of the rack and cable machine; you are only given a blueprint image of what items have been included in the box and how to build it. Aside from that, would highly recommend this piece of equipment to anyone wanting to build a home gym.

Gym and fitness were great to deal withI had been shopping around for a while, to secure the deal the helped with free shipping which was greatly appreciated.The product arrived quicklyPutting it together was pretty straight forward.The product seems sturdy enough however I wouldn’t use for c2b or bar mu without bolting into the ground.The lat pull down extra add on is very stiff to use and will need some sort of oil to get it to run smoothly

Very happy with this rack, once put together it’s very stable, and everything is well made and solid. Benching and squatting inside the rack works well and the pulley system doesn’t get in the way at all. The only thing I would add to this rack is to add some 50mm rubber strip on the barbell hooks, so when you re-rack your barbell, it doesn’t get scratched by the welds and steel on the hooks, but this is a very cheap fix for an otherwise great value rack.
Very quick delivery from dispatch! Ordered Monday, dispatched Thursday, arrived Friday in one week from QLD to NSW!!Quality of the rack is great. Hooks and safety rails are able to sustain 130kg. Cable attachment is great too.However the instructions are terrible!. It's just a picture of what goes where. There is no step by step instruction. So it can be very confusing at times.Still giving 5 stars as the quality and value of the cage is great!Would recommend.
I have been using this power rack since September 2021, I have to say it is top quality and solid. I have bailed many heavy reps of squats(200kg plus) and let the weight drop on the safety bar, but there is no structural damage to the rack at all! It’s built for lifetime for sure 👍
Compact and very solid equipment. Doesn't shake when I do pull-ups and very versatile all purpose equipment. My only complaint is that the instructions for assembly are a little obtuse as it is a single page diagram and I was confused when there were different washer sizes when the instructions show just one. Regardless, easy to assemble when you figure it out although a second person would make your life a lot easier
Very fast delivery, and the courier was nice to help me carry the rack up to my apartment.The instructions weren't the best and you'll definitely need more than the tools they provide to assemble it. In addition, one of the screws that came with the rack was broken, but i was able to easily replace it by going down to my local bunnings.Overall, I recommend Gym & Fitness and this particular package - great set up if you are tight on space and need a combination of free weights and cables.
