Very pleased with the new acquisition. Have been able to vary the types of exercises completed and up the intensity. This weight turned out light enough to induce muscle fatigue with high rep activity, reducing the potential for injury. Gym and Fitness kept me well informed over the period where equipment was in high demand and hard to supply.

I was pleasantly surprised when they came into stock on time and shipped out extremely fast from the Gold Coast. They arrived well ahead of the anticipated time frame. The packaging was not in great condition on arrival, but I figure that it isn't easy packing/shipping 25kg dumbbells.I've always used round pro-style dumbbells in a gym environment, so I was a little apprehensive about transitioning to the hex dumbbells at home. Although they do seem physically larger than a round dumbbell of the same weight, they are robust and very easy to use. The hex design also stops any rolling on the floor, which is great. I recently purchased dumbbells for my home gym. I can’t fault the quality of the dumbbell but the only thing is the size of rubber hex. I have rubber hex from a different brand (3kg +/- from the size I bought) and the size difference is huge. My other brand are a lot smaller.It doesn’t impact any workouts or exercise, they just look a bit odd.
I recently purchased these from 2kg to 5kg and have no been happier! I have bought other dumbbells previously, but they have no felt as right in my hands as these. They do come individually wrapped in plastic and carefully packed, I am very glad I purchased them. Though it took a while - updates were sent consistently and upon contacting the company communication was quick, friendly and concise. 100% recommend and will be purchasing my next set of 6kg to 8kg soon! These rubber hex dumbbells will likely be scientifically proven as the most bomb diggity of the dumbbells. The quality is staggering. Especially if you try to walk with the 45kg dumbbells a stagger is somewhat likely. In all seriousness I have several different brands of hex dumbbells and these are as good as any of them. Quality product. Shipping is fantastic. Hard to be dissatisfied.

Apparently they had received 4 months' worth of orders in 4 days after gyms closed. Exactly a week after placing my order, the dumbbell arrived. I would highly recommend G&F for your purchase.
