FOREO Kiwi Blackhead Remover Pore Vacuum Device

So happy with this, it's brilliant! I use it up to two times a week after cleansing to get rid of the little black dots on my cheeks, nose and chin that get left over from cleansing. It's gentle, which is something I was initially apprehensive about, but turns out I had no reason to worry that it would be damaging on the skin. I also appreciate how it has blue LED light to further sanitise the areas being treated.

I wanted to love this device as a big fan of other Foreo devices but unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience for me. I have only used it once and bruised my cheeks despite only putting the setting to low strength. I also found that since using this I have had more clogged pores. Still love my UFOs though!

I received my Kiwi yesterday and was super excited to try it. The instruction email actually came in this morning which was a little late (also the instruction email contains far more detail than the information available on the app demo video). You’re not told that you’ll receive a detailed instruction email, otherwise I would have waited for that before trying the Kiwi.My first use of the Kiwi last night was mainly positive- my skin was not obviously over congested but I was keen to try this. It removed a surprising amount of congestion. Today, I have some mixed results- some sections of my skin look amazing- very clear and soft, however some sections are a little bruised (red/yellow, nothing serious but present nonetheless) and are still congested in some areas ... MoreI received my Kiwi yesterday and was super excited to try it. I’ll have to wait for bruising to clear before trying again on those sections.I will definitely persevere with the Kiwi as the clear sections of my skin look amazing after using it. I’m sure the bruising in other areas can be avoided with better technique.On a final note, I have found that the customer service of Foreo has deteriorated somewhat. I’ve bought various devices from them in the past and I’ve always been able to communicate with them easily. However I’ve been trying to contact them about an over charge on this latest order and I’ve received no response at all- disappointing.I’ve given it 3 stars as it has potential but my first experience wasn’t quite what I was expecting. This is due to delay in receiving instruction email and lack of communication/ response from Foreo.
