I bought the Luna Fofo during the Black Friday sale and the delivery was very quick. I've been using this device for a month now and I believe I notice a difference in my skin quality. I've always had hormonal acne, but the behavior and quantity of acne has drastically changed since I started using this device. They do not grow as bad as before and they subside and dry out sooner without looking bad. I also get a 'clean' feel every time I use it. The skin feels soft too after every use. The bristles on the device are so soft and the vibrations feel amazing on the skin. This version does not come with a cable entry to allow for charging. One can also not open it and replace batteries. The manual does not mention anything about how to charge the device, which is really not transparent.It’s mind blowing that such quality material was put in such a limited use product. I was always keen to try the Luna but the price tag scared me a little. So I thought you know what I’m going to treat myself to the starter set. ABSOLUTELY best purchase I’ve ever made. I will definitely repurchase the cleanser as it’s a perfect amount of foam but doesn’t dry your skin WIN WIN!! The cleanser device is small but very powerful! Yes you can’t recharge it but it lasts absolutely ages and perfect to keep for travels. I loved this device so much I purchased the Luna 3 Plus! And it heats up!!! Definitely worth a purchase, doesn’t compare to any other brush I’ve used. You won’t look back! ♥️
This is my second LUNA Play Plus purchase! The first one I purchased about two years ago. I finally decided to buy another so I can keep one in the shower and one by the sink. Absolutely love how well this removes dirt from but pores but does not aggravate my sensitive skin or dry it out. So happy with this product!

The instructions packaged with the product themselves do not make this clear - only after I looked up the instruction manual on the site did I realize that this was not the case. This product is intended to be thrown away after about a year. Honestly, I don't understand why they had to hide this information. I got one of these about two or three years ago, when my face was breaking out with adult acne. It worked fine, then it stopped working. Customer service opened an exception since it hadn't even been a month since I got it and sent me a new one. The new one lasted for a few months and stopped working as well. What happened was that the water got in the battery compartment and eventually damadged it, just from cleaning it after washing my face. I would totally recommend it if it was better built, it did wonders to my face. But for 89€ I'd expect it to last more than a few months.

I purchased the Luna Play for my daughter for Christmas, and it's already dead 6 weeks later. After MUCH research, I learned that it is basically a disposable piece of plastic technology. Batteries cannot be replaced. I am attaching a screen grab of the product description. If you had mentioned "disposable' anywhere in this description, I would have not purchased this product. My daughter is disappointed because it died so quickly, and is basically trash now, and I am angry that I purchased a product from a brand that does not care for the environment. You need to do better Foreo. I will never purchase your brand again and will look elsewhere for a better product for my daughter.
I was so excited with this product. It worked great until it just stopped. I replaced the batteries twice in a three month period. I used the product one time a day. With a third, fresh battery replacement the foreo simply would not stay on unless I held the button down the entire time- which is impossible to do while cleaning your face. At such a high cost, it was not worth buying a replacement after three months of use! Reading other reviews, I found similar complaints. So unfortunate!
