Eye protection is also a must because the flash is quite strong, but I don't mind. I've used it for about six weeks so far, my skin is pasty-white while the hairs are very dark so it's a perfect fit! It feels like it's working, the hairs that have grown back seem to be sparser and thinner. I moisturise after my sessions, and apply sunscreen to my legs if I'm not wearing trousers while out. Definitely a worthwhile investment, plus I don't have to go to a salon to get it done now, so I've saved money in the longrun too.

I've tried a few IPLs that just weren't for me and had the tendency to hurt. This one, however, is completely painless and really quick! The treatment window is quite large so it covers more area, it has a nice cooling system around the treatment window and it seems to be a lot stronger than other ones I've tried. I'm the perfect candidate for this device - my skin is pasty pale, and my hairs are really dark. I've had around four treatments so far, and I can tell that it's working on account of sparser hair growth.

I have used this on my whole legs and face. It's important to shave/dermaplane before starting with the treatments. It's quite easy to use, it didn't cause pain and I used eye protection so the flash wouldn't cause any damage. It's too early to tell how much progress I've actually made as I'm yet to do my second treatment, but I believe it will definitely inhibit further hair growth after I'm done with the 12 week programme. It's really brilliant and I'm glad I got it.

So far I have used this two times as a test on my shoulders using the cooling prep gel before treatment. After first treatment less hair was growing back and just finished a second treatment. Recommended you wear UV shaded glasses, preferably wrap around safety glasses as the light pulse is very intense. Follow the instructions for aftercare and precautions. Start low. I started on 3 and that seems to be a good starting point for fair skin with dark hair.
Fantastic all around! I've had it for a couple of weeks so far, used it twice and can already tell that there's a massive difference. It takes around ten minutes to get my legs, armpits and bikini area done, which is really quick and sometimes all the time I can spare! I'm quite impressed, it sufficiently cools the area and really gets the job done. I can tell that the hair is a lot less coarse and more sparse when it grows out so I'm confident that it will inhibit hair growth over time for me.
So far so good with this product. Noticed reduced growth on armpits after one use. Purchased this item as I have been getting professional laser on my upper lip/chin and didn't want to continue going for all the other places I want laser.The only downside I find is trying to keep the machine in full contact in some areas. Meaning I need to sometimes reposition the machine multiple times.
Not only is this the most visually appealing IPL I've had the pleasure to use, but it also seems that this one will prove to be the most effective as well. The larger treatment window and its circular shape seem to ensure more coverage on certain areas, the cooling vents are also something I haven't seen on other devices I researched, and the promise of quick and painless treatments is an absolute selling point that hooked me. The overall shape and silicone body ensure that I've got a better grip on the device, that I can angle the device better for some hard to reach places and it's genuinely amazing. I'm very happy with it, I've had a few treatments already and it seems to be an effective IPL device as of now.
I'm definitely a prime candidate for IPL: very hairy, pale skin dark coarse hairs... And I feel so happy that it seems to be working for me! I've had about five sessions done already, and the hair that does grow back is a lot softer and seems thinner than before. I have also noticed that it's growing back sporadically, in sparser patches, which is what I was hoping for. I am looking for reduction rather than complete hair inhibition, so this will most likely prove to have been a worthwhile investment on my part.
I can confidently say that this IPL definitely lives up to my expectations. I really love that it's got a silicone body because it's got better grip, it's got a cooling function which has worked really well plus the large treatment window means it covers a lot more area. The key to its efficacy is in the prep work beforehand, have to shave the area before starting and I've also tried the cooling gel with it. I expected slight stinging or minor discomfort, but it's totally painless and I'm so glad about that. It's suitable for sensitive skin and I'm here for it. It's too early to tell weather it has inhibited any hair growth as I've only done a couple of treatments so far, but I will say I have high hopes.
This is my first IPL device and I'm totally blown away. I've had it for a month and have had two treatments so far. I definitely see a bit of a difference, but it's still too early to tell. The device itself is really easy to use, painless, doesn't cause any harm or damage. It's also got this really cool cooling feature and compared to other devices I've seen while researching this topic, it has a larger treatment window.
