Forester Estate Cabernet Merlot 750mL - Rich and complex, showing good concentration with sweet earth, currants, blueberries and red berries. The cedar oak is well balanced and integrated. There is a lifted perfumed character reminiscent of potpourri along with classic Margaret River dusty/leafiness. The palate is full with a fleshy texture provided by Merlot along with a fine grain tannin firmness provided by the Cabernet. Sweet berries and currants dominate with more complex notes of dusty earth, leaf and cedar oak. The wine finishes firm with lingering currant and red berries. Price may vary per state.
