I have been sent a used item complete with bent nails and holes already in the product. The product arrived mouldy, the nails have been previously used and bent over. There are obvious holes where the building the item has been attempted and failed.The back panels on the bookcase are mouldy.This is such a dissppointment as I have purchased numerous items on my deal but the last two purchases have been complete disasters. This one in totally unacceptable condition and the other a toaster that didnt even work. Very Dissappointed!We have contructed the bookcase and made it work as it was a christmas gift, but it is seriously under jeopardy of being thrown away due to the mould. Getting my money back would be appreciated!!Photos of the mouldy boards attached
I would give a 0 star if it was possible. My cupboard was delivered to the wrong address and the photo they provided me with was clearly not my house. I have tried to get a response and get my money back but still nothing. Extremely disappointed as I am a single mum and this was the first cupboard for my daughter after 3 months of saving. So disheartening and disappointing. DO BETTER!!!!
It is made from cheap materials and not very sturdy.
