Bought this pair around December last year. I find it comfortable and the waterproofing is very good. But did not use it much because I still preferred the fit, comfort and grip (for walking and dabbing) of my Instinct X. Used only around 10 times on weekend trail rides. Leather like material has now chafed off and rubber soles have began to separate from the boot. Boots even at a lower price range should be more durable than this. Only if I could post pics..

I bought these boots because other brands don't fit my wide feet. I absolutely love the way they feel, insomuch that I keep them on for most the day when I'm camped out in the desert or woods. The downside is that two of the buckles became near impossible to latch, one on the very bottom of the left boot and the second from the top on the same left boot. I don't like riding without boots fully strapped so I forced them a bit. The bottom one broke, leaving me to tape my brand new Fox boots together so I can safely ride. This is only my fourth trip out. Absolutely unacceptable. I shouldn't have to buy spare parts for something this expensive and new.

Very comfy, true to size fit (in my case a little extra room but thick socks and theyre perfect)Other reviews dont really mention that the four straps are adjustable for tightness which made all the difference for me. Oh and they just saved my shins about an hour ago when I went down practicing wheelies.

I have a history of riding but most of it done on the streets. Needed my first pair of Mx boots as i am getting into offroad/enduro riding. Knowing the importance of good gear i went with the Motion X to have a good boot that would last years. I don't have experience with other mx boots than these but so far they are super comfortable straight out of the box with enough flex to have some flex in my feet but still very protected.
Nice boots. My only complaint is the buckles. I cringe every time I go to buckle them up. It takes a lot of force just to overcome the locking mechanism. I end up with a sore hand and want to tell Fox how terrible their buckle system is. They are great once I get them buckled up, but that part is very frustrating. I like the fit and would buy another pair, but not with this buckle system. I have a pair of 20 year old Fox boots. I would take that buckle system over this one every day of the week.
Five stars for initial fit and comfort, and if they last one season they will be worth the price. I have tried many different boots, and these are by far the truest to size and most comfortable. First two rides in them where GNCC races and they felt great with no blisters or even sore spots from break in of the boots. Would defiantly buy them again.
Boots didn’t have a scratch on them yet 11 year old dropped bike at 10mph under parent supervision and broke his 2nd and third Metatarsal bones. This should never happen when wearing these types of boots. Too much flex in that area of the boot. Very upset when you can’t trust FOX riding gear!
I love these boots they are amazing. wow so glad I did the fit is amazing and so comfortable!! Me feet feel really secure and planted took the first ride in them just after this picture and the are great shifting and braking was a breeze and the feel is great right out of the box love them thanks Rocky Mountain!!!
Bought for my wife. This is from her:I have been searching for a boot that would fit my big calves and finally found one! Comfortable right out of the box. My first ride with them was the Iron Man poker run at the Desert 100. Felt great the whole day! Highly recommend.
