Over-all a good frame, EXCEPT, the ribbon holding the support piece (to put on a shelf) was not attached! The 'staple' hadn't caught the ribbon at all. I had bought a number of these frames and at least 50% of them had the same problem. It wasn't of any concern to us as the frames were going on the wall. I'm sure Spotlight would have exchanged it but very annoying to have so many with the same fault.

Bought online. Heavier and larger than expected but they seem quality and are solid. They look great on the wall. Will most likely buy a few more.
