I brought it as a christmas present and my teen loved it! She instantly started to use it and all her friends love comparing each others frank greens. I've seen people say it leaks when it is tipped upside down which is a huge lie, doesn't leak at all, the water stays about the same temperature for long periods of time, but i have noticed it being a bit difficult to straighten the straw to drink and makes a little bang noise but overall drinking out of it is completely fine and comes out with a constant stream. Don't really get the low reviews but here is my honest feedback on this.

Sure it's a pretty bottle, but absolutely not worth the price. Mine scratched within the first day I had it, when all I did was go from home to uni and had it on my desk. I contacted the Frank Green customer service who said they wouldn't do anything for me as it was apparently normal wear and tear, which obviously it isn't when it happens that quickly. Now, around 2 months later the bottle fell over in the sink and the entire lid is broken and cracked apart. I've had $12 water bottles from Kmart that perform twice as well as my Frank Green, I don't recommend it at all.

I went to the New Kitchen Warehouse on Warrigal Rd, Chadstone. Its so convenient with plenty parking. My purpose was to buy a frank green for my daughter's birthday. They had such a wide range of options, I ended up going back the next day to buy another one so that I could mix and match the colours with all the members of the family. The service was great!

I’ve had this bottle for about two weeks now, it’s amazing! It keeps my ice water cold all day. It’s easy to hold, the strap is durable, and the straw is so easy to detach and clean. The bright green is so easy to notice if I can’t remember when I placed it too! I love it.It’s also very intimidating as well, I feel safe carrying it with me at night to defend myself against attackers. I become a ninja with nunchakus.
Bought this as a back up gift for Mother’s Day. Can’t trust the kids. Anyway, if you are looking for a purple not lilac Frank green this is the one to get. Perfect straight out of the box, and with a name like cosmic purple what’s not to love. The metal straw and removable clear drink spout make cleaning a breeze. Well worth it. And a happy wife to boot.
I have been using FG water bottles since Dec 2022, and wanted the mint ended up with blush pink.Everyone knows when i’m at work, out / about with my big bottle.Brought another 1.1L for home / work got the mint green for home time.I love the easier lid, easy to clean, pastel colours and drink stays cool for long.100% FG 💚
This bottle is the perfect size, I know my daughter is drinking enough fluids through the day to keep herself hydrated with this bottle.Getting my daughter to drink enough fluids has always been difficult, now she does it for me with no arguments because she loves drinking from the bottle . 💞
I wish this review let me attach a photo, because there are no words to describe the chipped, dirty item that was sent to me, for a full price item. The water bottle looked like it had been in the bottom of someone else’s school bag for the year. I absolutely would have returned this for a refund except that my daughter needed it for medical reasons and we live in a rural location, so it would have been a week before I was back near a store to return this, and she had to start using it. Immediately as she is now required to drink 2-3 litres of electrolytes daily.Being a reasonable person, I sent an email on the 5th December advising the store of the condition of the item and seeking redress, but no acknowledgment of this email has been received to date. I shop online regularly at various department stores, and this experience has soured my enthusiasm for spending money with this store again. I will replace it elsewhere from another store that cares about its customers.
Absolutely love my newly purchased Frank Green drink bottle. Easy to use, refill and keeps me hydrated all day long. Comes in a variety of colours to choose from and several sizes. Only feedback is that it doesn’t fit into a drink holder in the car and the adapters often don’t fit most cars either. Wish it also came with a bumper to prevent the bottom from scratching but you can purchase these at an additional cost. Otherwise overall happy with purchase.
The bottle is amazing. The colour is beautiful. But unfortunately I have to say that the delivery from David John was terrible. They just put it in a simple plastic bag without wrapping it on something (bubble wrap, cardboard). Of course, the poor bottle arrived with marks and bumps because of this. They could spend a few cents on bubble wrap or something to avoid all the damage from the delivery. Or at least use q box to delivery it instead of a plastic bag ! This is an expensive bottle and I think it deserves a better treatments. I have pictures of how the bottle arrived if Mr David is interested in them.
