Frank Green Ceramic Reusable Bottle 1L - Straw Lid - Neon Orange

What I liked the most: sleek design, sturdy, keeps water cold almost two days! So for sure does its job. Straw is made of gold metal and looks cool, easy to clean since it comes apart. What I dislike:Bottle holder came off easy and I could not put it back in. The top of the straw, not sure what it’s called ( the part you flip out to drink out of it) you must flip it and have it click all the way back or you can’t drink from it. Another dislike in that area is that you need to really press the opposite side to flip it out and then push it all the way back so if you’re out on the street touching dirty things and then drinking water… its kind of gross. I would recommend they redesign that part and also maybe use another material in there since mine is already super ... MoreWhat I liked the most: sleek design, sturdy, keeps water cold almost two days! I would recommend they redesign that part and also maybe use another material in there since mine is already super scratched with teeth marks and I have not chewed on it but have used my teeth to push it back. I am thinking I could take out the straw and just unscrew the top to drink from it instead, have not tried it but definitely will. Overall I would recommend it for the look, functionality of keeping drinks cold for so long and for the aesthetics.

The Frank Green ceramic reusable bottle seems to be well made and there's no metallic taste at all as sometimes is the case with similar bottles. Two drawbacks for me are the design and the functionality with hot beverages. The design is not really ergonomic and it's not comfortable holding for extended periods of time. It's advertised to be used for cold and hot beverages, though the straw provided is metal and you wouldn't want to use a straw for hot beverages, let alone a metal one. The straw is removable, but liquids can't be poured through the cap opening. If you ever were to use it for hot beverages you'd have to remove the lid to pour. Not that one needs instructions for a water bottle, but it appears the wrong instructions were included as the parts ... MoreThe Frank Green ceramic reusable bottle seems to be well made and there's no metallic taste at all as sometimes is the case with similar bottles. I absolutely love the color and slender shape of this thermos. The pros - trendy color and sleek shape and easy to clean design. I’m also a big fan of the stretchy strap to hold on to or attach to a clip. The thing I didn’t love was the straw situation. For starters, it’s not incredibly intuitive to get the straw to pop out of the lid. Once it is actually up, you need to make sure it is fully extended. If it’s even slightly shy of being completely open, when you suck you’re just gasping at air. Lastly, the straw is rectangular, making it rather awkward to wrap your lips around.
