Great coffee holder design, easy to clean and comes apart and puts back together really well. It doesn’t keep coffee warm for very long though.

Purchased this, firstly the icons didn’t change the computers of the flash so assumed the drop down menu reflected the order of colour, ended up with **** grey. Secondly, this cup WILL NOT keep your coffee hot , it won’t even keep it warm. Better suppliers at better prices. Waste of money.

This product is very compact, handy for popping in a bag or in car cup holder without getting in the way of the gear stick. Love the simple design and different colours available. The 340ml/12oz cup is (I believe) the same as a Costa Medio/medium or Starbucks Tall drink. Love the soft touch material. I like that the measurement is etched in the rim of the cup/ max fill line so you can refer to this when out and about, and don't need to remember the size. It keeps the heat long enough for me to drink in the time I want to without scorching my mouth. Simple single handed push mechanism to open the drinking spout. Regular price is a bit steep and personally I wouldn't pay for it at full price but glad I got this in the sale at half the price.

Use this for morning coffee every morning! At home or if I’m out and about, no need to remake or reheat my coffee between nappies, sleeps or feeds. Also my 4th Coffee cup/ drink bottle. Love these!
First of all, ignore the idea of this cup being smart. The CaféPay app isn't available in New Zealand on either iOS or Android. (And the reviews on their store pages suggest that we aren't missing much.) This is just a regular, old reusable coffee cup.So it's a good job that it's an incredibly stylish one. It's fairly decently leak-proof, providing you strictly adhere to the instructions not to seal it with liquid above 65 degrees inside. I had some issues with my morning instant coffee steaming up and then condensing and leaking out the sides. Unfortunately, not being able to use boiling water means that the cup isn't able to keep the coffee hot for very long. It's tepid at best after my morning commute of about 30 minutes, so it's best used when getting a takeout coffee. I also wouldn't trust it in my bag like some of the marketing has claimed, as if something nudges the button you're going to end up with coffee all through your bag. Learned that one the hard way.Still, it's priced similarly to other reusable coffee cups, so if you're in the market to get environmentally-conscious and are in the market for one, you could do a lot worse than these. And they are incredibly, incredibly stylish.
Doesn't keep your drink warm for longer than 10/15 minutes! Completely useless product definitely style over practicality! I returned the cup to John Lewis as I was so unhappy with it and replaced it with a classic brand which is much much better!
Highly recommend. You can easily open and close with one hand, the pour is always perfect and it keeps temperature for ages.I also have one of the 20oz bottles and left cold water in a hot car for a few hours. The water was still like ice on return. The smart features aren't available in NZ yet, but hopefully it's only a matter of time.
I bought several of these as Christmas presents and one for myself. I wish I'd used mine before making gifts of the other, because they are dreadful. Though pretty and usefuLly compact they hardly hold any heat at all.
Great to drink out of and love it matches my three Alf bags. Perfectly fits in the bag pockets and the cup design is super cute! Plus its leakproof, so no spills while juggling toddler and baby. Cant beat that! Will definitely be purchasing another one.
I didn't realise it was plastic, I thought it would be metal like my husbands Frank Green cup. Sadly the plastic doesn't work even half as well and so it has turned out to be a waste of money as my coffee is luke warm at best by the time I get to enjoy it thanks to the kids.
