It is a very stylish cup, keep the drink hot for a very long time. The only thing is that when the cup need a good wash, the parts need to be disassemble and reassemble. Also, the spring sometimes get stuck half way when trying to open or close the drink hole. When is is closed properly, it doesn't leak.

I have had this mug for over a year now. It keeps the drink really warm and doesn't leak at all! You do have to make sure you turn the lid tightly. The steam hole and drinking hole are good features. My only criticism is that pulling all of the lid mechanism apart to clean it is a bit faffy but I only do that once a week.

It’s a great concept. They’re pleasing to the eye and it really is spill proof. However, after following the care instructions religiously, I’ve found that the coloured coating is starting to scratch off. I’ve email Frank Green about it and am yet to receive a response. Would I buy it again? Probably. Is the quality what I’d expect? No. But the spill proof factor wins in my eyes.
The style of these cups is great, but unfortunately it leaks. It started leaking shortly after I bought it and Frank Green were very quick to replace the lid, saying it must have been faulty. The second lid was fine for a couple of uses, but has started leaking again. I wouldn't recommend this product - for the price it lacks functionality. It doesn't keep hot drinks hot for more than an hour or two, and I think there are probably better options on the market.
This product doesn't to do what it says it does:1) does not keep the contents warm - it is the equivalent of a normal mug2) The colour peals off and looks a mess3) It leaks from the small hole in the lidI bought two of these for work and they are completely useless and look a mess. So disappointed as they were recommended by a friend and John Lewis have been useless at helping with a refund.Avoid!
Leaks everywhere and is not fit for purpose. Very poorly designed. An issue that many experience just google Frank green cup reviews and 1000s of other have had the same issue. The coating on it also comes off really easily meaning it looks scrappy and rubbish after just 2 uses ! AVOID
Highly recommend. You can easily open and close with one hand, the pour is always perfect and it keeps temperature for ages.I also have one of the 20oz bottles and left cold water in a hot car for a few hours. The water was still like ice on return.The smart features aren't available in NZ yet, but hopefully it's only a matter of time.
This thermos is a bit a scam, first you pay a lot (I paid 33chf) and then this doesn't keep things warm. If you put boiling coffee it will be almost cold after 1h (this is because the top lid doesn't have protection from warm). And then the cup leek water from the small air hole on the lid, small drop but still it can get messy into your bag if carried inside)I REALLY REALLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, SO BAD FOR THE PRICE.
I have had this for 2 years and although I persist with this mug it leaks far to often. It is also fiddle to clean, it's a relatively complex lid and this is probably why it is so unreliable. Not great on the go and keeps a drink a little bit warmer than an ordinary cup. There are better options out there.
