These shoes are absolutely incredible. You feel the relief and comfort instantly. I've worn them now for nearly 2 months almost everyday and they have been incredible. I had pain in my left heel and arch and it's actually beginning to go away. When I wear the shoes I don't feel anything at all. Will be buying more in other styles!!

I love these sneakers so much. The different soles are a godsend as I have a neuroma that likes to come and go but is getting severe so I can keep the half sole on me and change when needed. Really impressed with the options of having white or spotted laces - these extra options with Frankie4 really make me feel valued as a customer. I am a little confused though about how short the laces are, although I do like the look of the smaller bow. It can just be a little tricky.

I am on my feet all day at work and was suffering from constantly sore ankles and feet as a result of an old running injury. I purchased the Jackie IV shoes hoping that the support would help with this. I can honestly say investing in these shoes is the best thing I have ever done! Great, supportive shoes with second to none comfort. They are no longer my work shoes but my every day, everywhere shoes!! And they go everything! So versatile.

I bought my Jackie’s two weeks ago and have worn them nearly everyday since! They are the perfect shoe for not only work but for everyday use. They go with everything in my wardrobe and the leopard print detailing is so cute. I love that you did have the option to use different insoles depending on the fit you want! Highly recommend these shoes to anyone. I love them so much that I want to buy a second pair.

I've owned at least two pairs of Jackie III trainers and they've been the best possible investment, even getting me through a year of plantar fasciitis! I was a bit sad to see the III model go to be honest. However these Vs have been great, with the same pillowy soles, so super comfortable, and they look great. I wear them to work regularly and they always look smart. Definitely worth it for me.

These are my fourth pair of Jackies. I love them. I initially bought them as travel shoes but I still wear them daily at home. They are so comfortable and look good with pants, shorts and dresses. I love that they come with two sets of laces. One plain, one patterned, it means you can change the look. I buy a new pair each year with the intent of replacing my old ones … it never happens. I love them all too much to part with.
These are a very soft shoe with a lot of attention paid to detail. Unfortunately even as Frankie’s widest sneaker they were too narrow across the forefoot to be comfortable for my forefoot neuroma and bursitis. Sent them back. Second pair of Frankie’s and I’m really disappointed as the boots I bought I can only wear for half an hour then my feet go numb. Waited too long to return. I recommend going up half a size if you have wide feet.
