After waiting an extra month after the estimated delivery date, I finally received an old mattress. The corner was covered with black oily stains, and there are mold spots on the back of the mattress! There's no way I'll be able to lie on this mattress. I wrote an email right after receiving it, and now 10 days have passed still haven't got any response.

Firm but comfortable. Second time we get freedom mattress and cannot recommend them enough. Outstanding quality for a reasonable purchase price.

I love this mattress, it’s now the third mattress I have purchased from Freedom. All for different bedrooms, great quality & I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I always go for the plush version a little more but well worth the money.
Perfect mattress and great price! Add to that fantastic customer service and you really can’t go past Freedom! Highly recommended.
Seems ok for the price, my son is happy with it. We are not however happy with the amount of polystyrene and cardboard packaging we have been left with, the waste here is pretty crazy. Can you work on reducing this please !!
Super comfy. I bought three mattresses/bases and bedheads, as well as other bedroom furniture. Whilst the delivery address wasn't within Freedom's usual delivery suburbs they offered to arrange at a small extra cost. Saved me so much bother in terms of not having to hire trailers and make a two hour trip with huge load. Thanks Freedom!
The mattress that was delivered was dirty and had holes in it. Definitely not brand new! Have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a refund or replacement and have not heard back from the Freedom customer service team. Do not buy!
We picked this mattress for my son as he wanted a soft mattress and it’s perfect for him. Super comfortable. Great value.Wouldn’t suit someone that likes a firm mattress.As always great service from freedom too.
This mattress is one of the worst I have ever slept on. It is firm in an uncomfortable way and somehow offers little to no support. Unfortunately, we bought 4 king singles (low profile) to furnish bunk beds for an airbnb. Aside from the mattresses being terrible the service was shocking, it took one and a half months from purchase to delivery of the goods. Now we will probably have to replace them. Very very disappointed. Terrible product and terrible service.
