At least on full-frame at 20mm, at the full 9 stops there's horrible vignetting in the upper left and lower right corners. Back off to 8 stops and this goes away. I did use this at 16mm on APS-C as well, and pretty sure I did have it all the way to 9 stops without this issue, so your results may vary. It may just be an issue at wide angles on full-frame. But that's a bummer, as that means I have to bump up the aperture and sacrifice depth of field.

This was a great filter! Unfortunately it takes time to screw on and off the camera so when you are shooting weddings it adds more time to the process, but the filter works very well. This permits you to lower the camera?s exposure without sacrificing the aperture or the shutter speed if you are shooting video. Also a great way to protect your lens! I love how you can shift between different levels, 2-5. Great purchase, also provides the diffusion look you are looking for, and softens skin tones if you are looking for a more cinematic dreamy look.
It is a great ND Filter and definitely the most valuable one around.

These are incredible. Putting one of these on your lens feels like it elevates your look to a whole new level. I also love the click feature so that you know exactly what stop you're using. The magnetic lens cap is also a small detail that I appreciate.
