Wide, arched center is embellished with sheer lace and mesh backing. Fabric is sewn between sheer lace and mesh backing. Elastic underband has scalloped edges. Silvertone metal charm is sewn at center top. Seamed sides have sheer lace with a diamond pattern. Lace sides and microfiber back have covered elastic along the top and picot trim along the bottom.
