Fujifilm Instax Mini Link Printer - Dark Denim

I bought this immediately when Nintendo announced a collaboration with Fujifilm, which included exclusive frames and direct printing from Nintendo Switch devices. For less than $100, it's a pretty impressive device. In less than 30 seconds, this printer can produce prints from a smartphone or Nintendo Switch. You can add text and decorations, and with the special Nintendo collaboration, you can easily add printed frames of Nintendo characters. + The quality of the prints are really nice when using pictures taken with other, sharper devices. Unless you deliberately put filters on the picture, it won't print with the blur and blown-out lighting that you might get with printing from an actual Instax camera. Cons: - While this is portable, it's not put-it-in-your-pocket portable. I've included an AirPods case for scale, but it's bulkier than an average smartphone. - You have to still use Instax film to print, of course, and you can only load them in 10 prints at a time, just like an Instax camera. - You may have to manually connect via Bluetooth each time you fire up the app. It never seems to remember the previous connection. Fortunately, at least on an iPhone XR, it finds the device relatively quickly.

I love my Instax printer! I also have the camera in peach color. I have the Instax Switch version with the blue ring where you can print from your Nintendo Switch or your phone or tablet. It can print game photos from your Nintendo Switch or family photos on your phone. There are 2 apps for this one one runs the phone and one runs on the Switch photos! Pros: Lovely bit of kit. It’s compact and does what it says on the tin very well. Connecting it to the phone was a breeze and it has very good battery life. I have been looking for one of these for a while as I find bringing a Polaroid camera around with you can be a bit of a hassle, however this allows you to print anything you like in a Polaroid format and style. I love it.Cons: The quality of the casing didn’t feel as what I would expect for a device that would cost this much. It’s still good but not amazing.

Buy this!! Small but mighty

I absolutely love this little printer! My mom thought it was a waste of money when I first told her I wanted to buy it, so that led me to wait a long time before actually pulling the trigger and making the purchase. I eventually told her that it’s a good use of my money as I can have physical copies of my favorite pictures and that it’s the money I earned from work, so I’d like to spend it on what I choose. After showing her one of my Polaroids that I printed out, she was amazed and liked how cute the pictures were.

Fun and printing is easy

This is my favorite instax printer to date. I had a mini camera for years and it was always a guessing game of if the pictures would turn out ok or to dark or to bright. This takes the guess work out of that and I love it. I’m a big fan of printing mini pictures and this is just something so fun for me. It just makes me so happy that I can print from my phone and I know it’s going to be solid quality every time. It’s also so much less bulky than taking the mini camera. You won’t regret this purchase especially if your phone has a good camera. It’s just a fun item

Great purchase!

So glad I bought this printer. It takes the Instax Mini film packs, and I love that I can print any digital image taken by any camera as long as the file is on my smartphone! It's actually much more flexible and guarantees better quality images than an actual Instax camera, which don't have the best lenses. For those of you wondering, the Nintendo designation just means this a special colorway. You don't actually need a Nintendo to use this printer - it's like all the other Mini Link printers.

I bought this with money I got for Christmas & it did not disappoint! This is way better than the Instax Polaroid camera because you are able to easily download an app and connect your phone to this amazing (may I add portable) printer. It says mini link but the pictures are the same size as the ones you would buy for a camera which is amazing. you are able to print off any picture you would like from your phone and it will print it out! now, I'm not left guessing if my picture is going to turn out good haha. 10/10 from me!

Life Changing

I love this and want to by one for everyone I know! It prints great Polaroid style photos, and makes it an easy and fun way to gift photos to others. I especially love printing portrait mode pictures as they look amazing. The app that goes with this is easy to use, and really I have no complaints! Makes the actual instax camera obsolete, when you can just print anything from your phone. I highly recommend.

Quick Prints with Good Colours

It comes with no film so either pick up some when you buy the printer or do as I did and buy a 100 print box which brings the cost per print down a lot. I had no trouble installing the matching app and printing. The unit charges with a standard USB connector and has enough charge for more than a 100 prints but you must turn it off when not in use otherwise it goes flat. Loading the 10 print pack is easy and print speed much faster than some of the other printers I’ve tried. It takes a minute or so for the print to become visible as the white protective layer fades but the result seems durable and easy to clean off fingerprints ect.
