Only just had the products installed, but so far impressed. Cools a warm room down quickly. Very quiet outside units. Very small internal footprint. Even just on fan mode, pushes out a good amount of air for a small unit. Remote could be more intuitive but its probably just because Im used to previous models design. Has plenty of customisability/sensors / energy saving etc

Very happy with this product. It does everything it promised. Installers were great. Extremely considerate. Highly recommend this air conditioner. We put it in to reduce our gas bill as it operates so cheaply. Great option.

Good basic branded unit. One downside is that selecting the angle of fan flow isnt very intuitive. If you want it to throw at the lowest possible angle, you have to press the button, then wait 2 seconds as it reaches the first level, then press again and repeat about 5 times. If you press it too soon, it frustratingly reverses. Also it seems to revert to a higher angle after about 30 minutes, which is particularly frustrating if you want to keep it at that particular angle, as you have to go through that process again. Fujitsu air conditioners, well this is my 3rd in my current home, and 2nd in my previous home. All have been trouble free, easy installs, and super quiet. Great features, and yes, I have investigated other brands, as professional engineers do, and Fujitsu is superior in features, performance at reason cost.
The unit physical dimensions are probably, the smallest on the market which allows for comparatively more installation options. Noise level seems higher than my large Kelvinator unit but perhaps, this is due to different room sizes and acoustcs. Enough modes to satisfy most people, but horizontal air flow direction is manual only (no swing.) Optional wifi control I don't have it. Ran it for 3 days in heating mode so far. Performance is solid- see above.
I've had this unit for a while now and I'm more than impressed. I assumed it would't be as powerful as our larger older unit but was I wrong! It heats up the room so quickly and is whisper quiet inside and the outdoor unit you can hardly hear it at all. It keeps a constant temperature so we don't have to keep making adjustments and the human sensor saves power when we are out of the room. The 7 day sleep timer is so handy and I've got it set for every day to suit our alternating routine. The cooling function is just as impressive. This unit is more than enough to do our extra large bedroom and hallway making our room a pleasure to be in day or night.
This air conditioner does a great job heating and cooling. It has all the features you really need, and good adjustability in terms of temperature and fan speed. Can work very quickly when powerful, and the low speeds are very quiet. It's not unattractive, but pretty plain. But it's great value compared to many other brands, and my installer advised they are good, reliable performers.
Love this little unit. It's very quiet and you can hrdly hear it when you run it at quiet mode which for me is important. Itr's also very efficient and has some great features. One feature I often use is the "Powerful" mode which is a temporary override of what ever setting you have to quickly reach the temperature you selected.
I made a mistake with my first purchase and they let let me return it and pay the difference to upgrade to this split system. They were awesome. They collected the first one as they delivered the split system and both pairs of delivery people were friendly and professional. No complaints whatsoever. This unit has been great so far. Looks well built, has a good reputation (3rd party installer said these units were awesome) and I look forward to keeping cool on those scorching hot QLD summer days for many years to come.
Not the first Fujitsu AC in our apartment. Fitted to a 9sqm room west facing. Excellent unit for this room. And very efficient to run. Quiet operation inside and outside.
