When I put this in my cart, I thought to myself, "Dude, are you seriously going to spend 18 dollars on a *dustpan*? You already have a dustpan. Actually, I think you might have two?" My brain was, technically, correct--I did already have a dustpan, and pieces of another dustpan set that had long become decoupled and would show up in random places from time to time. But the dustpan set I had was some cheapie I bought at a Rite Aid or CVS long ago--flimsy, homely plastic in a doleful color. What this meant was that, while I had a dustpan set, it was never where it was needed most because it was banished to Outer Mongolia, a.k.a. the dark back corner of the undersink cabinet, where it consorted with the rusty steel wool, the dried-up bottles of Brasso and CLR, and the ... Or it would end up in the basement. Or the shed. Anywhere other than in plain sight, because it was just too darn sad to look at. So yes, I paid eighteen dollars for a dustpan set. And it was worth every penny. The dustpan itself is sturdy, the brush firm and dense. The shape of the dustpan is deep and pocketed enough that it prevents the dust from simply shimmying or blowing out of the pan during use, and has little teeth along the top edge that are helpful in dislodging bigger bits from the brush. The brush clicks snugly into the pan, preventing loss. And, in a small bit of delightful good design, it stands on end, so it doesn't take up a bunch of space when stored. It is handsome enough that I not only keep it where it is needed (and use it often), but I actively make sure someone has not used it and abandoned it in some forlorn location. So, highly recommend.

I bought this to replace a smaller dustpan set that would always leave behind a small pile of debris. I wanted something that would leave nothing behind to be swept under the rug. This gets the job done and picks up every little thing. The brush bristles are soft, not hard or pokey. The dustpan is built with a flexible edge to conform to the floor. It's light in terms of weight and the brush fits perfectly in the dustpan's handle. Overall, great product! The Clean Team brush and dustpan is the perfect set! I would recommend!

Cleaning a rabbit’s habitat can be a challenge, especially when you have two. This brush collects ALL of the fur, hay remnants, chewed up toys etc so I only have to do a once over with the vacuum and not have it full after 5 seconds. This is the absolute best brush and dustpan I’ve ever owned.

We dont have much carpet, so sweeping is much easier than lugging a big vacuum around the house. The problem was after we were done sweeping you have piles all over the house that needed to be vacuumed up because there was so much dog fur in each pile that a dustpan alone hardly ever got the majority of it picked up. Enter this wonderful invention. I have never been more impressed with a dustpan. They aren't lying when they say it doesn't leave that annoying line of dirt and dust at the front of the dustpan period and a little combs on the backside of the dustpan are excellent for getting dog fur off the hand brush. I absolutely recommend getting this dustpan and broom.
This is the best dustpan that I have ever used! Besides it looking so nice, it also does a great job of picking up everything! It sweeps up with less times having to go over the mess, and it goes into the pan on the first try - and literally there are no little pieces or dust left on the floor! I am amazed at that alone! Every other dust pan that I have used never gets the crumbs and dust up on the first time, and there is always a trail to try to get into the dust pan repeatedly - BUT not with this pan! It is also thickly made, and will not break on you like the cheap plastic ones at some grocery stores. The brush clip on the dust pan holds the brush securly and doesn't fall off on its own, yet goes off and on gently when needed. The scrubbies at the top of the ... The brush clip on the dust pan holds the brush securly and doesn't fall off on its own, yet goes off and on gently when needed. The scrubbies at the top of the dust pan are a great feature too, as if there is anything stuck to your brush due to water, it scrapes everything off of the brush effectively and efficently, leaving a clean brush each time. I highly recommend this dust pan and brush set!
Why can't I just buy the brush? That's what wears out. I already have one of these and I need a new brush. I don't need another pan. Brag about single use when you sell it separate. I'd pay extra to not throw the plastic in the trash.
I was skeptical, because we all know how most dust pans work; you go over the same area 3 or 4 times, slightly moving the pan back as you go to eliminate that line, only to finally just accept that a tiny amount remains on the floor. Seriously, this dust pan is like some magical piece of optimism for life. I found myself joyfully searching for little crumbs and bits to dust up. Then for fun I decided to dust in a seemingly clean area just to see if it got anything. It did. It’s like a miracle vacuum that keeps finding invisible dirt, but way less money and won’t make your toddlers cry.. Do I live an exciting life? No. Should a dust pan feel this exciting? Also no. But my point is, it’s pretty amazing. Get this dust pan.
Between the cat, dog, birds, and my hair that ends up everywhere, I wanted a dustpan that had the little combs on it to get all the hairs off the brush. The fact that it was from grove and I could just add it to my next order was a plus. What I didn't expect when I first used it, was how well it actually worked! Even those fine little dirt pieces (and glitter) gets brushed up by this. And the little angle in the back helps keep everything in the pan not matter how roughly you brush into it. Then a quick sweep over the teeth on the pan, and you can get back to sweeping. It also snaps together for storage so you always know where both are instead of finding one or the other in the closet.
I use this to brush up litter around the cat’s litter box. I find that the litter wants to stick to the bristles and just moves from one spot to another. It’s like static cling. The dust pan edge isn’t that good either. I have the broom head and dust pan in another area that I use for the same thing and it works 100 times better than this one. I purchased it also from Grove.
not to be hyperbolic, but this is the best dust pan i have ever used. you know when you're moving the pan around, making that final line of dirt infinitely smaller until you simply give up? that doesn't happen with this ol' dustpan. it's also very aesthetically pleasing, and the brush fits sturdily and snugly inside. if something terrible ever happens to this dustpan, i won't think twice about replacing it with the exact same one. and it's a wonderful and practical gift idea - i imagine the majority of the people in my life and your life would benefit profusely from this object
