The bed is a really impressive quality and was delivered really quickly. It's soft material but nice and firm with plenty of support for our big labrador. It feels like it will keep its shape for years which is great. The personalised name is such a nice touch and looks very cute. Our dog is also an especially large labrador and it is the perfect size for him. Highly recommend for a good quality, supportive bed.

I have had difficulty finding

I have had difficulty finding a suitable bed for my young wolfhound. I've bought quite a few supposedly orthopaedic beds from the main pet store chains here in SA and the foam is either too thin, so he may as well be sleeping on the floor, or else the materials make him too hot. I was nervous to spend this much on another bed just in case the same thing happened, but I needn't have worried. He loves it. He's comfy and doesn't overheat. I could have saved myself some cash if I'd got one of these first. Now I need one for the bedroom too so I don't have to carry this one from one end of the house to the other twice a day LOL.

I have purchased many beds

I have purchased many beds in the past for my dogs, none seem to last very long. I was hesitant when I saw the price but made the decision to try them. I purchased 2 large Ortho beds and have not once regreted my decision, worth every cent, my girls love their new beds. They are the best quality beds I have ever purchased.I emailed Fur King as there was a small issue, the response was very fast and the service I received was simply amazing.I highly recommend this company for your fur babies.I will definitely be back.Thank you

I picked this bed because

I picked this bed because I read a review online that rated it highly for chew-resistance. Our 4-month old bordoodle is in full teething destructo-mode, and he hasn't made a dent in it (he has tried chewing and digging the bed, but there's not even a scratch on it so far). It looks comfy, very sturdy and heavy, so hard for the dog to throw around. He seems to like it.My only comment would be to note that the personalised name tag comes separately - from the photos it looks stitched on, but it is actually a velcro piece that arrived about a week after the bed. So far the dog hasn't ripped off the velcro tag, but I'm not 100% confident that it's going to survive.

I purchased a Medium for

I purchased a Medium for my bed-chewing mini dachshund on recommendation as a bed that is difficult for dogs to chew. Following the 72hrs to return to shape, the cover is a little looser than it appears on the website which allows some movement when digging/pawing but so far is not loose enough for him to grip the cover in his mouth. Combined with the size, weight and grippy bottom, he hasn't managed to get a good latch on this bed for his rough and tumble chewing sessions or to drag the bed about. Given the difficulty for him to move the bed, it's easy to place the zipper side against a wall to keep it out of access. I was a bit hesitant

I was a bit hesitant in buying my 14 year old lab a new expensive dog bed, after buying two previous expensive dog beds that he didn't really use.Finally decided to take the plunge and decided on an extra large as due to arthritis and nerve damage my boy has trouble controlling where his bottom ends up, and quite often ends up half on and half off a bed.My dog loves it and barely leaves it when home, and at night when he sleeps on the bed. Highly recommended and it is almost better than my own bed. Quite firm and supportive of my old boys joints.

Had to stop her mid track!!). She seems more her spunky, cheeky, playful self, and I suspect it’s because not aching as much due to the good support for her hips and knees. The bed is her zone now - from deep snoring sleeps to bouncing around with her brother and a bunch of toys (that’s how I know it gets good use when I’m out too - I come home and 1/2 of their toys are across the bed hahaha).Have recommended to friends - I’m just so happy to see my baby more her cheeky self!!
