Some people don't see the value in buying one of these, but it CAN save big money by eliminated the power on/off pops.Do yourself (and your technicians) a favor by installing 1 or more power sequencers. You won't regret it.

It works great! Shuts on/off power in sequence so everything doesnt go at once. and has a couple plugs that always stay on so I can leave my computer plugged in and use it while the rest of the gear is off. solid!!!

The sequencing makes sure my monitors don't pop when I turn them. It is a really simple piece of equipment that protects much more advance more expensive gear!
Got this for my church. It works great. All the equipment is connected and works as it should. Will be buying another one for another installation.
Unit does what I wanted it to do. Volunteers weren't reading directions on proper power up procedure for audio equipment. Unit delay allows audio processors to boot up before amps to protect speaker from pops. Have another more expensive unit that allows you to adjust how long the delay is but this unit worked for my application.
I needed to simplify the power on/off sequence for volunteers in our church youth room. I shopped around for a cheaper unit with similar functionality and came up empty-handed. I use several other Furman units and all of them work flawlessly so I anticipated the same with this unit. It was super easy to install. Within minutes I had it working just as I hoped it would. It is actually more feature-rich than I expected. I purchased two more for another sound system upgrade project. It seems pricey for what it is and does, but it seem worth it compared to the wear and tear on equipment.
At home I use this to power on two Crown amps in my home theater setup. At my church I use this to power on a digital mixer and power amp in an enclosed rack. The triggering options are versatile. I trigger my home unit from a 12 volt trigger output from my preamp, I control the church unit from an open/close switch circuit).
Pretty cut and dry here. Unit works as advertised. Seems to be built tough. Furman has a good reputation, and I have owned many of their products in the past and have been pleased with reliability.
I bought this to sequence my recording setup, putting my monitor speakers on the last delay. I was tired of walking around and flipping everything on one-at-a-time, and this allows me to flip one switch to safely turn everything on in a safe manner. No more speaker pops!
