This stuff really does help. We take it at the first signs of a cold - it really slows down the severity. It also makes it go away quicker i feel.
I've used Cold & Flu several times now but this last time I took it from the moment I felt the tickle in my throat. I took the whole bottle of 60 by taking 3 tablets in the morning and another 3 twelve hours later and maintained that for 10 days, or for as long as the symptoms are present (in my case a blocked nose and chesty cough). While I still experienced symptoms, they were not as severe, and at the end, I really picked up very quickly with the cough not lingering as it usually does. I have a compromised immune system after contracting Guillain-Barre Syndrome 9 years ago, so I took Fusion Astra 8 after finishing the Cold & Flu. This helps strengthen your immune system and I wouldn't be with out!

Have found this Very good, especially with Fusion Health Astra 8.immune tonic liquid ,I have been very sick for approx 4 months. Nothing worked, until I found this combination, alternative with Fusion cough and lung tonic & royal bee jelly & ginseng vials,sunshine, good food, gargling with diluted detol,fresh air, not going out, not letting most people into my house & good common sense .
