The design layout of out bathroom renovation didn't leave a large wall area to affix a toilet roll holder and I wanted something non invasive to install on a large glass panel. This product is perfect, it looks like a permanent fitting, doesn't take up much room and is such great quality. I also bought some of their other products as I was so happy

This whole "suction" idea has potential. Unfortunately there are three hurdles: 1) the amount of weight the item can hold, and 2) the design of the rack that attaches to the base, and 3) the usability. For this product, it's (2) and (3) that makes this a failure. The toilet roll holder rack is glued onto the base, so of course after a short period of time it breaks off. I was able to drill a hole and bolt it back onto the base, but I shouldn't have had to do this. Add to this the fact that the paper roll constantly falls off, as the arm holding it is too thin and the angled end is not sufficient to stop the roll being constantly knocked off. If I wasn't renting, I'd be looking at a different option—like one that is attached to the wall more permanently.

Stays on the wall for 10 mins and then falls off. Ive bought other brands and they have stayed on for years but not this one, stay away…
Absolutely junk. My record for toilet rolls holder and towel rails actually staying on the wall. Be prepared to wake up in middle of night hearing your rails crash to the floor. And yes the walls were cleaned b4 application
I bought this yesterday and am so disappointed as the toilet paper roll does not stay on.
