There is a quality issue on manufacture assembly, that is, the right hand side of the rail support hook was welded in a large angle ([1] not aligned vertically and [2] the front rail is out of position) which making the double rail not in parallel and looks no good.The good one I have got in the end is worth for 5-star. But due to the inconsistent manufacture quality of the products, I gave 3 star.This the best suction towel rail (in terms of suction power) which I have ever seen so far. It has a nice design and comes with everything you need to install. The installation is quite straight forward and no tool is needed. The hand pump coming with the packet makes the job very easy.

The length of the hanging space is only 70cm as the mounting brackets are both 5cm inward from the end of the hanging bar. It was a challenge installing as the little covers that attach the bar to the suction cups were very hard to attach.
Ive made multiple attempts to install this rail and everytime I can only get it to stay in place for 24hours max once it has one towel on it.Not sure if it’s the surface of the wall that it doesn’t like but it seems to lose suction quite quickly.
I bought this to hang pots up in my kitchen as I'm challenged for space. I followed the instructions to the absolute letter & no matter what I did, it fell off. I made sure the wall was spotless, I left it to sit a few days before I loaded it up all without any success. Was an expensive exercise & I'm so disappointed as it looked brilliant when it was up. I will be throwing it away & here I am looking for an alternative
Fits perfectly over the door in our caravan so our towel will dry & it'll provide us privacy.
Keeps on falling regardless if it’s glass or til. I keep following the instructions, it stays up for a week and the falls. I guess gravity it the problem.
I'm not sure what people don't wrong but we have multiple fusion lock towels rails and toilet paper holders and there are amazing. It's been 3 years since we have installed them and not once they fell off
As long as the surface your putting them on is shiny, they will stay on forever. I used them on the back of the bathroom door that has gloss paint and they strongs as.
