Nice looking. Light weight. Does more things than I need. Favorite is Solar Power. Excellent value. One downside. And this is my first experience with Casio. The band is way to short. I have to fasten on the first or second notch. In the past my Cardio bands have been on the long side. If you have a small wrist like under a seven your fine. One other thing the numbers and others are to small fly my eyes. But I am 83 years old. Still own half a dozen Casinos for different reasons.

There is no way you can see that display. It is so dark!! Who designed this? Light is on for only a few seconds and without light, you can see time indoors at all. Amazingly returns are not free, that's is why Casio is still not out of business.

It was very good appearance personally than in picture. I was surprised when I saw it while unboxing. Very solid and good quality watch from gshock casio family. Silver color with camouflage design that tactily feels. With easy release band for replacement/changeable. Lacking is the tough solar feature to become like the higher end level disregard the multiband 6.

It's a great watch, and nearly half the retail price on the Australian Casio website it's great value. Service was excellent, and the watch arrived securely within a week of ordering. 10/10, would shop again!
I have had my eye on this watch for a really long time. When it was offered here in the US, I didn't jump on it quick enough, and it was discontinued. Fast forward to now, and I had to buy the JDM version because that's all that's available. As far as I can tell, the only difference between this and the US version is the packaging and the instruction manual. The manual is 100% in Japanese, so thankfully I already have a Casio moon/tide watch so I'm familiar with how to operate it. I really wanted to like this watch...it IS really cool, but unfortunately it doesn't fit. The watch itself isn't very big, but it's the way the strap attaches to the lugs...there's this big gap inbetween the strap and my wrist when I'm wearing it. Going one more hole on the strap doesn't ... MoreI have had my eye on this watch for a really long time. When it was offered here in the US, I didn't jump on it quick enough, and it was discontinued. The watch itself isn't very big, but it's the way the strap attaches to the lugs...there's this big gap inbetween the strap and my wrist when I'm wearing it. Going one more hole on the strap doesn't work either. It's not totally loose, but man c'mon. This watch wasn't that cheap, and I'm rather upset about this fit and finish issue at this price point. The cost was $180 something, but Ebay had a coupon so it brought it down to like $160, which is the actual price I paid. I do think it's worth this price, but I can't understand for the life of me how these fit and finish issues made it past QC. Especially because the Japanese are known for getting these things right. I'll probably just going to wear it for a few months this Summer, and then try to unload it, likely at a loss. Not happy Casio...you should know better than to put this obscene strap on a smaller watch.
Great watches. Looked fantastic.Colours are great. Bought red blue and green for my family
Really excited to get the watch for my daughter’s birthday . Unfortunately 1 of the buttons on the side is pushed in too far that it won’t work like the others. The sad thing is the returns department won’t have it that it’s faulty because they say they are meant to be like this and yet the others are flush with the side and work perfectly. Won’t be buying from them again.
10 years ago I replaced my Omega Seamaster with a Casio G-Shock 5600E-1. Initially I bought it as a cheap 'fill in' watch until I purchased another Swiss time peice. I eventually bought an automatic Tag Heuer , which was classy and great, but I ended up wearing my Casio more and more - particularly when I was out bashing around. In the end, I gave the TAG away and only wear my Casio. It is indestructible, comfortable and super reliable. There is no battery to replace, no servicing requirements and it never stops or needs to be wound if it doesn't move for a few days. My original Casio 5600E-1 is still going strong and if I ever have to replace it, well, I'll be buying exactly the same model. IMO, the greatest watch ever made and most definitely, the best watch I've ... More10 years ago I replaced my Omega Seamaster with a Casio G-Shock 5600E-1. I am pretty rough on my watches (not intentionally), so I generally stick with the G-Shock brand watches, simply because they can withstand just about anything you throw at them. But they tend to be a bit on the large and bulky side. With a 44mm bezel (vs the standard 50mm or bigger G-Shocks), the 2100 is much smaller and more practical for regular use, and stylish enough to wear when 'dressing up', while maintaining the same rugged design G-Shock is known for. I also like that there are several varieties of the 2100 to choose from depending on your style and taste (I chose the blackout design because I like the stealthy look of them). But if you are one-the-fence about these watches, I suggest going to the store and seeing them in person! Looking at them online, it ... Looking at them online, it was difficult to see just how sleek these G-Shocks are, but once I tried them on, I was instantly sold! Definitely not your typical G-Shock. My only issue is the watch band. They seem a little chintzy, but we'll see.
Just purchased this Casio G Shock today and it's fantastic. My local Macys had it in stock like the website said and the transaction was quick and easy. Watch is lightweight, yet rugged as you expect from Casio G Shock. I wore it all day and it felt great. Wears actually smaller than it's dimensions, which is great. The all-black stealth look is really nice. Its only one day, but I expect many years of great service from this Casio just like other Casio's I've owned.
