Ram seemed to be okay at first, had a few problems initially but brushed them off as glitches. Built, tested, and delivered the pc to the client. Everything seemed smooth, testing it at his home we kept getting odd crashes in chrome and doing basic bs within the system. Brushed those off as "browser" issues. Its faulty RAM and it is no wonder its being deeply discounted and/or bundled for free with the 7000 series CPUs right now.At least I didnt lose money on this ram.

AMD recommends 6000 ram as the sweet spot for good performance and low price. This isn't amazing ram but if you get it free in a bundle it's actually a very fair deal. I downloaded the BIOS update on a thumb drive, then built the new AM5 setup and let is POST with default settings, then flashed the BIOS update right away. After that was done, I went to EXPO and set it to II, it failed to boot the first time, then booted the second time. The board automatically adjusted the voltage to 1.365v to keep it stable, and so far has worked great. 1.4v is actually normal on many ram kits too. So if you are having stability issues, update the BIOS and increase the ram voltage to like 1.36v and it should work fine. Great RAM, functions great and uses SAMSUNG which I prefer over Hynix or other memory chips.That said, let's get into the bad:This kit can't be ran at DDR6000 on my 7700X [using MSI B650-P board] without pushing vSOC 1.33v on auto, to run it you need it at 1.25v end of story.Recently some Ryzens had been burning out because of some voltage issues with the memory controller. This RAM came free with a bundle I got at Micro Center. This RAM is rated for use with the EXPO setting enabled in the BIOS. Computer boots up fine and runs fine, but it doesn't fully come back on after sleep (PC turns on, but screen stays black). Tried changing all different power and sleep options in both windows and the BIOS, and also tried upping the CPU SoC and RAM voltages per the request of G.Skill tech support, and nothing worked. Turning off EXPO or running at a lower frequency than it's supposedly rated at (like DDR-4800) is the only way where the computer can wake up from sleep. I even tried another set of the exact same RAM, and had the exact same issue. I ended up taking apart the entire build because of this RAM kit and returning to MC. TLDR fix - manually set it to 1.35v+ in the bios even below EXPO speeds or it won't be stable, let it burn out and buy something worthwhile.I would not recommend to a friend, but I WOULD recommend to someone I disliked.

Still had freezing and BSOD issues. Event viewer errors confirmed page file dump fault due to write errors.3. Ran SSD extended health check and firmware check. all good there.4. Ran MEMTEST64.exe with both DIMMs installed and it errored within 1 hour. RAM should never experience write errors.5. DIMMS were installed in A2-B2 recommended configuration.6. Something seemingly from the previous bios settings was causing an instability issue.So to sum this up, if you got this as part of the bundle kit with that specific motherboard and you're having trouble getting the system to be stable at 6k mt/s, as simple as it sounds try resetting the cmos, enabling EXPO 1, make sure your fan curves are correct, save your bios settings and it should run 6k no problem; or at least that was my experience.
Tough to know whether to blame the RAM or the mobo I got with it (ASUS X670E-PRO PRIME WIFI), but TLDR: I can't have BOTH a reasonable boot time (not even fast) AND RAM that performs at advertised EXPO rates.The long of it:By default, the mobo does something called memory training on EVERY boot, which makes the time to POST roughly 30 seconds (obscene). One can disable that using a feature called "save memory context" in your UEFI BIOS. This cuts it down to about 7 seconds (decent, but still worse than 8 year old tech). Unfortunately, when I boot in this state, the system simply isn't stable under load. Fire up some benchmarking tools, and the errors start almost immediately. I played with the DRAM speeds and voltages a whole bunch (never surpassing EXPO voltage by more than 50mV), but the ONLY way to have the RAM stay stable without memory training was to either a) run at RAM stock speeds (DDR5-4800, yikes), or b) run between that and DDR5-6000 but with extra voltage. And it didn't seem to be linear. Overall, not worth the pain to figure out. Pay the 30 sec boot penalty, and it seems to be fine in whatever reasonable balance between speed and voltage (power use) you wanna pay.I got the RAM for free as a bundle deal with a Zen4 AMD CPU, so I won't bother returning it. But as is often the case, free stuff ain't. (My RAM packaging was also not sealed, so I wouldn't be surprised if this was a return/weak pair. I like Microcenter, but this soured the "great deal" enough to give me second thoughts.)
